Today, we will be setting, cleaning up and review the Gryphon C40 Diamond Bandsaw.
Materials:
Gryphon C40 Diamond Bandsaw
Scrap glass Hawkins Pearl Opal OGT 6011.85 CC-F
Gryphon Diamond band saw Blade
Gryphon Bandsaw Guides
Gryphon Bandsaw sponges
Reverse Osmosis Water
Safety Glasses
Pail to empty used Bandsaw water.

I have an older version but this was a great video as I didn't know there was a sponge in the bottom. I don't think my top tilts or comes off but I'm going to go look at it as it's been a long time now since I've used it. Thank you!

How come my bottom blade does not line up right what can I do to fix this

I would check that the top and bottom pully bands are in good shape.

Is it possible the bottom wheel isn't lined up right

@cecelianichols6250 that could be possible if there is a bad bearing in the pully. May best contact Gryphon. The nice thing is that the parts are available for these machines.
