Day 11 done! Today is a different day for a workout: at work, we spent the night outside to raise funds for Focus Ireland! It was cold and uncomfortable, but we did it. Now, I'm sticking to routine by working out together with you!

I noticed you have a few videos up but wondered if that’s a future project you might have in the pipeline?
Yes I’d love to do some more resistance band videos. They might just be added to my TPT Studio to be honest as they don’t perform great on UA-cam. Will likely put a couple on here for free though.
It would be interesting to know from you that if my main focus is calisthenics, what ratio of actual weight strength work is required? I do daily yoga or mobility training anyway. Thank you so much! ☺️
Depends on so many factors. Length of workouts, physicality of job / daily like. Maybe 3-4 Calisthenics to every 1-2 weights workouts if Calisthenics is priority

hurdle stretch was intense. straight leg hamstrings were so tense that it hurt to touch.
