That was fantastic! Just woken up after nearly 2 days flying and so needed a really good stretch. This worked so well that I will be using this again and again when I need a proper full body stretch. Thank you! 😊
I think one rest day a week from strength training is a good idea. Muscles can probably cope with every day but tendons and ligaments usually benefit from on day off to avoid inflammation related problems occurring

There has been one every time but at some point during filming this series we improved it to a more obvious one. 💪🏼

This is the first mobility session I was able to complete and do every move . Next move is to complete all sets in your workouts.💪
This is good for stretching out a couple of times a week. Would it work as a warm up for football, in terms of stretching out?
Probs a bit long for football warm up but fine if you’ve got the time. I have a 5min warm up in my Flexibility/Mobility playlists
I am a nightmare for rest days but would you suggest this to do and have a complete rest day from strength training? :)
