    If you put water in the pie plate to about 1/4" it will keep the fat from spattering onto the oven walls.

    **important only aluminum cans**
    Most big brand beers will have their label printed directly on however smaller breweries will often apply stickers with the can labels and designs.
    What to do:
    I removed the sticker by peeling it off, however i was left with glue on the can.
    Take parchemin paper and wrap it around the can, use honey as glue.
    Cheers

      Warren Whitworth The FDA says that you’re not supposed to wash chicken or raw meat. Washing the chicken will just spread the salmonella producing germs all over your sink and counter via the droplets of water being splashed about when washing the chicken. You’re actually contaminating your sink and counter area by washing a chicken that doesn’t need to be washed.

    • @randolphsavage9760
      @randolphsavage9760 6 років тому +1

      thefly21 Exactly, the cooking is what kills the bacteria. What you are supposed to do is wash your hands and any surface that contacted the raw chicken with soap and water right afterwards to kill any contaminated areas before it sees cooked chicken.

      Tom Eagen he should have cooked a little longer to get it crispier, the purpose of doing this is to keep the other side from being too soggy. I do this but I cook on 500 for the first 30-45 mins to get a good skin and then lower the oven to 300 for an hour. Also, I don’t use beer

      No you should not. You're not supposed to wash meat EVER. Washing meat, poultry especially, will slather bacteria on every surface that water comes in contact with, including but not limited to, your counter, sink and whatever you splash. Heat kills bacteria, bacteria doesn't give a damn about water.
