HOW TO COOK BEER CAN CHICKEN IN THE OVEN
I cooked it for 1hr @ (375°F / 190°C)
* INGREDIENTS * I used for this beer can chicken.
1 chicken 4-5lbs
1tbsp salt
1tbsp pepper
1tbsp sugar
1.5tbsp garlic powder
0.5tbsp cayenne pepper
100grams butter
1tbsp oil
2 carrots
2 zucchini
2 onions
