Raw Milk Yogurt video: • I made Raw Milk Yogurt!
Makes 6 - 6 ounce cookies
In Mixer 1/2 cup cold butter (113 grams). Blend for a few minutes.
Add in:
1 cup packed brown sugar (200 grams)
1/4 white sugar (50 grams)
Blend well
Add in 2 large eggs, one at a time. Once well blended add in:
1/2 cup cocoa powder (50 grams)
Blend. When cocoa is halfway incorporated add in:
2-1/4 cups AP flour (275 grams)
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Blend
Mix in 450 grams chocolate chips
Dough will be very stiff
Weigh on 6 ounce balls and place on cookie sheet,
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Bake in a 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes. Let cool on pan. - Навчання та стиль

Oh my. Oh my. Oh my. I may have to try this...maybe made with FMF (soft white or spelt berries, heard they’re good for cookies).
These are SOOOO GOOOD! I did make a chocolate chip walnut version of this with soft white and made a video. It's not edited yet, but will come out soon. They turned out great! I substitute soft white in almost all of my pastries. I wanted to see this cookie first with AP flour just to understand it because I never made this cookie before.
I can’t wait to make the soft white version!
