So I went Christmas shopping and ended up buying these beauties for myself!!

I collect earbuds and now have 59 pairs. And these are £20 are the second cheapest pair I own, only my Juice airphones play cost me less at £18. But even though these are dirt cheap they are one of my favourites in my collection. I love them!
@alanhansen3230 apart from my Samsung earbuds, these have been my favourite, long battery life, incredible volume with a beautiful EQ

Mine seem to have no bass at all, just really tinny, are they faulty or is this how they sound?
@monism2000 they might possibly be faulty, mine have a decent amount of bass, have a good all round sound.

How do you change the mode?
To go from music and game mode, tap and hold the right headphone on the circle until you hear a bleep. It will then say "game mode"
I have to connect both of mine one by one of that makes sense one ear bud has a blue tooth option and so does the other so I can only get sound from one at a time is that normal
@Sofianzaman4658 I think it is an option to use one headphone. I find as soon as I remove one from the case it connects straight away and the second one connects straight after the first one. Sorry if this didn't answer or help you
How to charge them because i can't?
@ZishuFN If you haven't already, take off the little plastic tab on the headphones where the charging pins are. Also, charge the case if you haven't already done that.

@ZishuFN I would probably say that they are faulty. I'd take em back for a new pair
How can i play Spotify on them?
You'd have to pair them to device such as your phone.
I have done that but they only play on my phone?
On the spotify app, there is an icon somewhere on the bottom, looks like a speaker, that's used to stream to different devices.
Might be there.
How do you pair mine aren’t working
I'm sure I took them out after charged and found them just through a scan on my bluetooth, I will double check!!
Hey, look carefully at your headphones and at the point where the magnet holds them there are stickers that need to be removed. Then they will start charging and will work and glow 🫶
