I, as an American I am also disgusted with the administration who takes no responsibility, but at this point I don’t think it’s fair to blanket the American people. Our democracy in a lot of ways has been taken from us and I just pray enough people turn out to vote. My mother is one of them. If she were in front of anybody she would do whatever she could to help, but she is totally brainwashed and basically disgusted with the president but doesn’t want anything to do with any of it so she’s pretty clueless on all of this stuff. It is sad and pathetic and lives were lost that didn’t need to be, simply because this man child was given an option nobody thought he would take. It is a small group of very corrupt men calling the shots and then a whole bunch of people around them slightly less corrupt, and then a whole bunch of corporations that like the handouts they are being given. I just will submit that I have tried to look for any iota of compassion in Trump. I have not found him to have any modicum of care for anyone but himself. I don't hate his supporters as I think that they are delusional but not bad people. Him though, I think I would be kidding myself to not admit that I do harbor a degree of hate for the man based on the many he has hurt.

@@fathan16 Well it's not really a choice for me; when your president has harmed America's moral standing and relationships with allies, has bragged about sexual assault, has torn families apart and put kids in cages, has treated the families of fallen soldiers poorly, has left the Kurds to be murdered, and has abused his power... hating him is out of ones control. But I suppose it has done things for me; it has motivated me to get more involved with things like politics and social issues. I now work to help the campaign of Bernie Sanders which I think will do tremendous good for America if elected and I also decided to start volunteering at local school that has a lot of Hispanic immigrants.
