Con tutto rispetto, sono italiano, Napoletano per la precisione, conosciuti nel mondo come pizza, camorra e mandolino, come gente di basso rango, brutta gente insomma eppure guardando questo video mi chiedevo il perché.
Il bambino è bellissimo, stupendo, voi persone rispettabili, ma io queste cose a mio figlio non le darei mai:
1- poi vi lamentate che avete un tasso di obesità oltre l'impossibile se date queste cose a bambini di 9 mesi
Burro di arachidi, omelette con funghi, aglio e aggiungerei spray antiaderente e croccantini.
2- spero che in casa come minimo avevate la temperatura a 25°gradi, visto che per mangiare un po' di pasta con il sugo di carne, probabilmente in scatola, se l'è dovuto mangiare a petto nudo tipo ultras dei quartieri, e presumo che non fosse estate visto che la signora aveva qualcosina a manica lunga di lana addosso.
- con tutto rispetto, ma io eviterei a questo punto proprio di comprarla la ciotolina, se avete la comodità del vassoio del sediolone, mettetela lì sopra direttamente dalla pentola la pasta, così magari se è un po' bollente si raffredda prima e magari se si scioglie un po' di plastica a mo' di fonduta è anche più gustosa. Ovviamente sono ironico, ma il gesto dello scaricare la pasta sul sediolone seppur intelligente in quel caso, è stata poco carino.
- concludo dicendo che come i complimenti sono ben accetti anche le critiche (costruttive) d'altronde chi si espone né è soggetto.

@@b.w.5677 That’s okay! I remember cutting up everything super small for my daughter too. It’s still a great way to introduce new foods, flavors, textures, and get variety. I became more confident with her food after she turned one. Our daughter is 2 now & a pro at mealtime😊 You’ve got this💕
I was so nervous at the start too! soooo scared he was going to choke. but my 9 month old son loves to eat now and prefers to self feed. I give him alot of variety now.

On my third baby and never did baby led weaning with the other two, but my 9 month old really isn’t digging the purées so I’m thinking she’d like this. However it makes me nervous because she has no teeth and is very tiny for her age (really doesn’t even sit up yet unassisted). I’ll have to search out some very safe ideas to start this for her. Thanks for sharing this! Your son is so cute and he eats a TON!

I use a bibado smock, it hooks over the highchair so no food falls into their lap. so far its the best on the market

Oh my, he's such a good eater!! My son barely started eating solids at 9 months, he had an awful gag reflex. But the way your son was eating his pasta was adorable! Would he have gone for seconds do you think?
He probably would have but I nurse him less than an hour after dinner and I wanted to make sure he would eat then too so the fat would fill up his belly for the night!

He’s so cute. My baby is 9.5 months. Daycare wanted finger foods so I’m trying to figure out what to give but I’m so scared of my son choking. We started at purées at 6 months old and he loves them and always wants our food. He also does the little puffs. I’m just so scared of choking and he’s only 16lb and had a milk and soy allergy. Are there are resources? I can’t cook but started a new job so I can be home earlier to work on trying to do dinner.

I get so nervous at the thought of giving my 9 month old almost anything that isn’t puréed. I think I’m just being paranoid, because he is showing soooo much interest in our food when we eat, and he is in the 98th percentile for his weight and 96th for his length. He must be getting hungry right!?

I don’t really use recipes, actually! I just cook modified baby-friendly versions of things I make for us.

My son just turned 8 months and started purées around 6 months. I really wanna be more adventurous but scared! … for blw, I’m more afraid of what other people say. Still need to talk to his doc but both grandparents (our parents) are stuck with the “no allergens til 1” mind set. We’re also with wic and I’m sure they’ll tell us to wait too 🙄

One unsolicited suggestion. I am a mom of 3. Babies aren't supposed to have more than 1-2 ounces of regular water a day untill well over a year old. Formula and BM is better because plain water will throw off your baby's electrolyte balance, and it could be very dangerous. Look out for lethargy and other signs of water toxicity in baby's who have water under 1 year old. It's very easy for them to have their electrolytes thrown off. Even within 24 hours of having too much water.

It was scary at first but it’s better now! Learning the difference between choking and gagging is huge. Gagging can be scary but it’s normal and important!

Hope baby gets some meat through week. I was vegetarian 35 yrs. Back on some meat (beef) & I can feel my diaphram becoming erect again. I can literally feel nerves everywhere returning.

3 eggs? If you have 1 or 2 eggs yourself can feel the cholesterol anxiety in your heart. Observe. Is a type of pain around heart.
I eat eggs all the time and I never feel what you're describing.
Babies need cholesterol because they can't produce it naturally on their own yet. Breast milk will provide that, formula unfortunately doesn't. Eggs are an excellent first food choice for baby because it is a complete whole food, it has amounts of every nutrient the body needs, and it's not a choking hazard.

Babies don't eat everything presented to them, they drop most of it. It's smart to make bigger servings and save the rest for another time, as it's really more for them to learn to feed themselves rather than the actual eating, babies still need bm or formula for the bulk of their diet until their first birthday
Not everyone wants to see mothers breastfeeding. I am one of them.
