Hey sid, wanted to ask you that when you measure your food like soya chunks in myfittness pal it shows 33 g carbs and fiber 13 gm (under carbs ) so should i deduct those 13g fiber and count only 20g carbs out of 33g carbs and also deduct (13× 4 ) 52 kcal from total soya calories

Those spray oils aren't really 0 calories . Calories upto 5 calories can be named as 0 calories and 1 spray is really small , so when you use many sprays the calories will add up .

Good recipes bro. I also make the soya bolognese but use fresh tomatoes instead, helps avoid some of the existing fats in the sauce itself. You can also try to make loaded bean Quesadillas using the beans :)

Bro you did a great attempt to make this video for vegetarians. But one thing which your recipes lacked is sustainability. You only think, how many of us can have spaghetti or chilla everyday with so much time and effort into cooking. I suggest that you should have added things such as sprouted moong, any paneer recipe, chana or any other item which is common in every household and everyone can eat them on a daily basis without wasting much time in preparation. Btw I am a huge fan of yours and pin this comment if you think I am right.
