A few suggestion for working people living away from home:
- Meal prep - for the meals you can prepare and store for at least 4 days in advance
- For those meals you can't prep - keep them very simple but nutritious
- Lastly, try to make calorie dense food items at home (as part of meal prep like at start of week), example: your sandwich spread and maybe even peanut butter.
Respect to all the mom helping their sons fulfill their dreams.

Bro do you suggest salted caramel for oats?
Have you ever tried oats with water only? I have been eating that for almost 3 years and that helps me with my meals . If i cook my oats in milk, i struggle to take my next meal(dairy makes you fell full) which is after 2 hours.
Do try that if you havnt, you will cut some calories from milk +they do get digested very easily.
Yes bhai I have tried it,
Altho I only consume it with water when I'm trying to save up calories & carbs (during those low deficit days).
With water it tastes lil bland, so I prefer to use milk only, tastes much better.
Yes, on that point, it does make you feel full, but I am only eating like 3 meals a day, so I make them quite dense.
Been eating these since 3 years, haven't faced any issue since😄
