@@SiddhantRaiSikand i completed a the whole program once and believe me it's just amazing i started keeping a track of my rep range and weight during the programme and i could see the increase in strength every week i started my squats with 25kg on one side and increase to almost 32kg a side . If you are in future planning to come up with some more programs i would like to see some recepies in it nd it would be great if you could also give a short explanation of what specific muscle each exercise train and some more warm ups for pull and push day ☺️ . As of now i am very excited to complete to evolve program once more
