So I have this machine, and it will not dry my clothes, it startes fine when I select a dry program, but I never heats up and just ends the program like is has finished the hole program? I washes my clothes just fine and heats up when washing fine, clothes comes out clean and nice? Eny idea whats wrong?
Xiao Feng yes it is still working. After a year I needed a new heating element as it was full of limescale, I do recommend using limescale tablets in every other wash.
looking at the front of the machine to the bottom right you can see a area that looks like it opens, push on it to open it then open the spout but put a container underneath to catch any water thats still in the machine. When all the water is out close the spout and unscrew the filter you can then take this out and clean it. I need to use long nose pliers to unscrew it as its quite tight.
I have a problem with getting power into the machine , when plug and switch on the power it doesn’t come on the machine, won’t see the front lights to start the operation, although the socket power is on , didn’t power the machine to see that it’s lights are on , Pls l need help. I have the same machine the lady is demonstrating how it used. Thank u

you need to clean the drawer and the parts need cleaning where the fabric conditioner goes throught the holes

the dryer will only dry to cupboard dry so they don't dry fully just put it onto dry for another 30 mins or so

Check your plug fuse hasn't blown, replace it if it has.
