I'd like to see "top 5 plants you regret buying" "top 5 plants you've killed" and maybe even "top 5 plants that was given to you" Thanks for great content as always Kaylee🌿💫
Your set up is looking amazing! Ugh yes the pain of regret, I feel you. I did something really dumb last year and sold a few echinocereus rigidissimus (rainbow cactus). They had super dense gorgeous spination with perfect rings of color. Rainbow cactus aren’t rare but it’s the good genetics you want that are. Whelp I still kick myself for letting them go, I’ve never been able to find any with those genetics since. And the only reason I sold them was because I thought maybe I had too many plants and should downsize... (I only had about 30 at the time) but after that experience I said screw it, I’m living now, I’m unapologetically owning all the plants that spark happiness. 🌵🌱🌿
I haven’t had anything super uncommon or rare that I regret getting rid of, but there have been a few I have gifted that I would rather have had for myself especially after finding out they killed them 🥺
Ooooohh I thought the title meant plants that Kaylee used to have in stock in her shop that she regretted offering because the plant was not that great 😅
Hm, I don't think I regret selling any of my plants, but ones while decluttering, I had a breakdown over a lava lamp from my childhood, that I sold to a random guy next to nothing 🙂 not plant related... but it was green!
as a random act if kindness i sent a small start up shop a cutting.. they are doing v well now but they ended up selling it in the shop.. made me feel a bit meh.. wont stop my random acts of kindness tho
I've never sold on a plant myself that wasn't a cutting I've grown from my mother plant, but I have had the mother plant suddenly die on me once after I've sold a cutting 😭
Yes love to see you reget buying My Thanksgiving cactus died cause our spring was to wet and i forgot she did not have a drain hole. She was in that planter for 5 years+ i dus but another but its not Mamma. Not only the pleasure of growing it and flowering every spring in waves through the summer it was bought by a very special friend that has passed away just months later. Yes that is 1 i regret losing
Can you do a lipstick collection tour on your other channel? 😍😍. Def want to see a video on this channel on transitioning plants into leca (if you have any in just leca with no other media)
My kid left the front door open at -20 degrees, and I lost my precious scindapsus silver satin (precious to my heart, I know its common) but it was so gorgeous, with big perfect leaves... 🤷♀️ He’s now disowned 😂
I just started a "no buy" year. I'm not planning to buy anything other than things needed for life, like food, and things I need to maintain what I already have. I saw the picture of the Philodendron Red Moon and remember seeing a cutting available in my local Offer Up. It's been 2 minutes. Why hasn't the seller responded yet!?
@@ddeuerme Me, too. I have a son who collects perfume and he always tells me, well if you really like it, just buy it! He is no help. But now I have so many I'm afraid to go on vacation!
I stopped selling them because I was loosing that attachment to them and it was really sad. Because I loved them so, so much. They are like my plant children. So i have stopped selling them for that reason.
Yes I regret buying my non variegated Monstera , the mother plant has some white and I thought their was speckes of white in photos but None ! I hope someday it surprises me . Tfs
I have the golden dragon when i got it i hated it, poor thing spent most of last year sitting in the back of my collection so never really had the love it deserved, but its been brought back to the window now and is being looked after better. great video would love to see the 5 plants you regret buying.

You look so beautiful kaylee just like your gorgeous plants! Me too i have regrets selling some of my plants altho its not as rare like yours but i don’t have one i own as of now in one of the plants i sold. 😊
My hoya WG and Mathilde. I sold them due to a family member needing help :'(. I will have to find replacements someday but I miss my original bb's so much.
Lol. That's my mantra too. Even if i cannot grow one/borderline dislike it.. i still keep it. Though by hoarder I don't mean that i do not share cuttings and stuff with others. I do that!
Oh my!! Now I'm on the hunt for a red moon! I'm in love with how gorgeous that is!! I found one on Etsy for $1800!!! It's so beautiful. But i can't spend that much on one😩💚
Hi Kaylee, the closed captions is not working on this video for some reason. I got most of what you were saying but some other hoh or deaf viewers might struggle.
I sort of wanted to have your flashback pictures/footage begin with that classic wavy movie dream type filter with hearts rising from the bottom. That's how I remember my favs :D.
oh man, they are selling the golden dragon near my local nursery in the states. i didn't buy it bc it's out of my budget, but wish i could send it to you haha. she is really beautiful.
I have a huge Red Moon Philodendron, I'm actually not sure what to do with it, it's been putting out nothing but solid red leaves for a couple of years now and I'm really concerned about it. Kaylee Ellen, if you see this, I would really like permission to reach out to you for help with it :) I can't find care/cultivation help anywhere!
I could of bought a golden dragon many times last year but did not. Now you are making me wish I did. I am sure the person I go to will have one again soon.
I love Serpens. I wanted it so much but I couldn’t find it so i got myself a p. squamicaulel and i love it! And i heard squamicaule is easier to care for while looking so similar to Serpens.

I love your videos, and I agree, its healthy to know how to let plants go. I'm in the habit of gifting plants to anyone that's interested, passing on hard to find plants to friends and family. Can it be a plant that we killed instead? I'm too new to have anything worth selling. I've only been into plants for about 2 years now, and into hoya for a lot of that. In September I was fortunate enough to walk into my local Home Depot hardware store and find a full 8 inch trailing H. carnosa compacta VARIEGATA for $16.98. It was seriously a euphoria I'm not sure I've ever felt before! But, alas, it was crazy overwatered. I watched your videos for tips, tried all the tricks, followed bad FB advice, and likely did too much. I lost the entire plant except for a tiny 2 inch piece that fell off the first night I brought it home - which I almost threw away. I babied that plant on life support, 13 vines in one pot, for about 4 weeks until it died, and I still can't look at the pictures of it! However, that tiny piece that fell off is in LECA and just put out it's first leaf. Not a full pot - bittersweet, but still grateful

I found golden dragon's on an european webside if you're interested :) (large ones and not so expensive in my opinion)
I also really appreciate you keeping the name of the plant up the whole time you talk about it!!
Hey kaylee 😊 I just wanted to say that I love your videos and that you are so so pretty ❤️
Definitely need to see what you regret buying. I genuinely thought that this video was that until halfway through the intro. 😂
Can you please make a video on Leca and the pros and cons of it. Is it better than soil? How do you switch over plants? Any plants that can’t do leca?
