Thanks Ian! It was a first attempt. Future impacts will turn out better I think. Have to figure out a way to put shrapnel pieces in place around the impact
I did consider it as I did include an entire crew for the interior of my Panther I built a few months ago. I am including a commander in this buildup. I'm going to include painting him in the next video. It is very difficult to find figures to match full interior poses. There is only one that I know of which I used on my Panther. If you have any ideas for figures I'm all ears! Thanks!
Tiger 221 did have 2 tracks on the right side of the turret and then it had both track covers and no side coverings with a completely different Camouflage… it’s not super accurate, but it’s a nice Tiger from the 101st SS Heavy Panzer Battalion in Normandy!
@@nicolehenry8356 thanks. I understand it may not be accurate to Tiger 221. I was using some historical references that matched the Battalion and just made something I liked the look of.
You are in the high category of realism. ❤
@@DeLaverdiere4810 thank you!
Looking fantastic, particularly your attention to those AP shell impacts...:)

Cool weathering effects.
Thanks!
Nice video, looks great!!
Thank you very much!
Very nice. Did you consider adding crew figures? A full interior, fully populated, would be really something.

@@relentlesstorm but hey, at least it looks like a beautiful big cat!
@@relentlesstormI forgot to mention that 221 still exists and is in Germany, just like it has been for its whole life.
I think that the outside of the road wheels that you painted gun metal would be rubber
@@AemonEarl-le1md maybe. I think they were steel on the edges that wore to a shine. At least that's what I remember
