I'm here to give a proper answer. Rei-san made a custom tool to repack Godot 4 .pack so he eventually could "get" enough resources to create a custom level. 06 HUD was recreated manually in Godot by looking at 06's original XNCP for the hud in Shuriken

Well, I believe you modded this because of the godot engine, for example, yomi hustle is have mods and the game uses godot engine, and that is the only explanation I can think of.
