The number of times I said "HOLY HELL" from watching you destroy your way through this game. This is extremely impressive. I have noticed some areas got modified from my N64 version but that was a brilliant run.
One of many games i haven't beaten as i focus on fun an not completion. The level designs always managed to confuse me and you hardly ever had a sense of progression in this game.
No there's a map. I guess he accidentally clicked on it at 17:37 or so. It's pretty basic wireframe stuff as you can see but just playing the game normally it helps a lot.
The days before i had a memory card.. I think it was called an expansion card or controller card back then. Would leave this game on for days until it crashed or my mom turned it off. Then I got a GameShark and just unlocked everything.
I recently got a notification and decided to re-watch this. At the end credits I noticed Night Dive Studios and was like wait. Then found it on Steam for Windows, Mac and Linux.
That ending to level 7 was smooth as butter; you blew past mechs, aliens, demons, and attack robots without ever firing a single shot. You didn't even need ammo, as you were all stocked up. Altogether, not perfect run, but definitely a respectable performance.
I just love the Turok universe. Native American hunting dinosaurs, mercenaries and aliens in a primal, mystic and savage world with some parallel dimensions shit
Skill is simply awesome. I remember this game being quite hard for a FPS. In this run, to say the game has been dismembered with surgical precision is understating it
Damn, I just noticed something that's actually RUINED with the greater draw distance. 36:25, that hallway used to be so ominous and suspenseful, keeping the darkness right up to your face until the last moment when you reach that room with the hanging bodies, and it was actually startling. Now... it's kinda meh. :/ Like Silent Hill HD meh.
Just beated the game normally today, except that when i saw that LVL 7 and 8 could almost beat it without killing any cyborgs i was like "F this S, im out, hm hm hmmmm"...Saving ammo etc and killing the final 2 bosses like "Oh hi there!, taste this red particle orb!"
What means any percent? All keys? All parts of the chronocepter? He/she doesnt pick up the first part of the chronocepter. Dont find all secret areas. But fast.

How do you do the walljump?
You have to sort of wedge yourself between where two walls "meet". It can only be done in certain spots. It's inconsistent as hell.

Keys are mandatory to unlock levels. The chronospecter parts and secret areas however, aren't necessary to beat the game.
