In and out shoulder tap push up 2.360° mountain climber 3.shotcaller burpee 4.plank side crunch 5.drop dead push up to knee in 6.froggers 7.break dancer 8.broad jumps 9.tricep extension knee-ins 10.split squat jumps (each exercise 30s , rest 10s in between, REST 2 min before the second round)
Alvaro Lara Doing Second round is damn hard...but slowly in progress My suggestion is doing like one round 3-4 times a week, then slowly increasing the reps of each work. When your body feel better, then proceed with second round Don't get injured and hope you enjoy the progress.

They drink, smoke and also litters indiscriminately. They are also most likely to take drugs. In their conversations they used a lot of profanities. In a confrontation, they are easily angry and always want to escalate the situation. They are usually the rrebellious type that probably caused a lot of problems during school time and into their adulthood. Tattoos are associated with gangsters. No offences I know I am stereotyping and profiling. But you asked for my views.

This is one of the hardest 'Fat Burning'/ 'No Equipment' workouts i've seen. Other guys just do Mountain Climbers, jumping jacks and the norm. Frank does some crazy shit that i've never seen before. Glad I found this page

This is a workout for someone in advanced physical condition. It would take at least two years to work up to even attempting half the exercises featured.
