    Yeah man this is the same technique i had to use since the days of my Numark double cd player; there were no laptops back then of course. But this is a good tip for beginners.

      Thanks Action. Ah yes the good old double CD players with the tiny little jog wheel lol. You’d be surprised how many ‘advanced’ DJs I teach who didn’t know this because people are reliant on software. Just thought I’d share it 😊

      Thanks. The jog mode should do it for you. Just press stop where you want and change jog mode. Let me know if you need more help.

    Hello !
    I have an XDJ-XZ but when I pres a cue button in standalone mode it starts the song.Can it be adjusted not to start the song. When connected to laptop the song doesn't play automatically when pressing the cue button.

      Hi very nice. How is the new XZ?
      There should be a setting for auto play etc in the menu. Long hold on browse. Let me know if works.

    How do I save the starting cue point to the usb so every time I go cue up that tune it automatically cues to that starting cue point?

    • @DAVEDigitalandVinylExpert
      @DAVEDigitalandVinylExpert  4 роки тому

      If you set a hot cue it will automatically save to the usb. If you want a standard cue then you would need to run it through rekordbox

      @@DAVEDigitalandVinylExpert Hi Dave, This is a perfect for where I'm at. Just gettign to grips wth DDJ400s. But, having one provlem. I thought RKBOX was supposed to automatically set the first cue at the beginnin g of the track? So when pracitisign beat matching and want to go and start again, I hit cue to go abck to the beginning. But instead, it sets the cue point somewhere else. Do you know what I;m doing wrong, please? thanks
