    That Rhode Island Sheriff's body language spoke volumes. The sheriff was actually scared and personally he needs to retire, as I don't believe he could fight his way out of a wet paper bag. Also I guess they don't believe in transparency as they should have willingly shown you or gave you a copy of this so called policy they were enforcing. By them not arresting you I'd actually question if such policy even exists. Another great job!!✌🏼

      The 13th amendment , established " laws " against any forced " prostitution" for any aged human. Articles 1 , 4 , and 5 . All our laws harken back to the Constitution .       They're just low-level guys doing what they're told to do by their superiors and the Judge, they're not the cause of the problem they're only the ones being ordered to enforce the policy. The courthouse cops don't make the policy, people further up do, it's them that need to answer.

      @@chrispenski959 That is usually called "guidance" or protocol. Where is this officially stated, other than a white page that amounts to a 'handout' for courthouses to follow? In other words, we need to know what entity generated that, and whether it has force of law. If it is not signed by a judge, it doesn't have any teeth.
      "Public resources" does not write laws. (Well, maybe they get away with such things in RI, as that has long been the most corrupt state in USA.)

    What I found humorously disturbing is while they claim to be 'policy enforcers', the officer who refused to fully identify himself (and instead identified himself by his number) was clearly going against his department's own policy of it's officers fully identifying themselves when asked. So in other words, we have to follow policy, but police officers don't. Riiiiiight😂

    It’s pretty sad when judges throughout the country, make up their own policies, denying citizens to record in a court building. What is it that they are so afraid of transparency, accountability getting caught in the act of doing something they shouldn’t be doing this is outrageous without government.

For example: millions of ppl will yell "yes keep those January 6th ppl in prison" for trespassing, yet don't even care that 1000's of celebrities & politicians who participated in human trafficking with Epstein go free.     Those insecure officers were so timid. They couldn't look you in your eye and face you while conversing with you Sean, evidence that they didn't even believe the bull they were trying to feed you about enforcing policies. They're completely unfit to hold any official position and need to be held accountable for violating your rights.

      Not really, they can agree with you but still have to do what their superiors tell them to do, even if it's not legally completely correct, because you are going to leave the courthouse in 10 minutes with your camera but they have to face the Judge and their superiors long after that. If they agree with Sean and break policy they could be fired. It's not the cops it's the ones who are actually making the unconstitutional rules that need to answer.

    Bravo for landing on your feet regarding not answering the question of whether or not you are actually recording. While it may be reasonable to suspect that someone is recording when the hold their phone up, it is not evidence they are actually recording. Nice job.
    I appreciate you highlighting this growing unconstitutional practice of a judicial order that violates or restricts our rights in the exercise of a free press. At least in the law school of life I attended, a state's Supreme Court does not, and cannot, supersede or infringe on a right granted and protected by the U.S. Constitution.

    I've watched so many of LIA's videos. He has come so far in the years. In the beginning after the videos I was so angry at all of the lies, disrespect,ignorance ect..the "public workers" have shown. Now after I watch Sean's videos I actually have hope! His audits have gotten so much better! You can literally hear the confidence in his voice. The way he goes in and breaks them down PEACEFULLY. Not all audits end the way I want but the best part is knowing that Sean will not give up without a fight! I'll choose him over any government worker any day! Keep up the outstanding work Sean! WE THE PEOPLE ARE WITH YOU FOR THE LONG RIDE!

      There probably is no actual "order". The "policy" is merely that of the cop in the yellow vest. He's just another bluffing cop, spouting a threat to scare you away.
      Sean needs to research this and determine the facts.
      If no order exists, will he follow through in filing a federal lawsuit?

      They do it everyday. If u say something they don't like in court you are arrested for contempt of court. No free speech. They hate recording in the court cause they don't want proof of their evil actions.

      They dont skirt the law, they literally are the authority within a courthouse and that is by constitutional design. As wrong as it sounds they have king like authority within that building. And that is what i dont understand, Sean doesnt seem to grasp that its within their authority, if he did he would be saying judges shouldnt have that power instead of just denying they do.

    There is no law - or right - to record in a courthouse. Or a city hall...post office, etc.
    It's really not hard to comprehend...
    Traditional public forum. Limited public forum. Nonpublic forum.
    & time, place & manner.
    Those are very easy to understand if you just try to understand them & not think you already know everything.

      Probably because most of a cop's job is "customer service", being face-to-face with the customer, after a while of dealing with customers face to face you develop a general dislike of customers. Ask any customer service person at Walmart how they feel about the customers that show up to return stuff and you'll get the same answer.

    Our lawyer knew it wasn't permitted to record so he started to commit malpractice outside the courtroom while the other lawyers laughed. I hope you win for all of us. They also bully clients now by ignoring requests for recordings to compare with transcripts which is standard litigation policy.

    The officer was polite and professional but seemed flummoxed by the idea that the oath he took to uphold the Constitution obligated him to NOT follow the unlawful policy decision made by the State Supreme Court. Officer training should ALWAYS include, at minimum, required familiarization with the U.S. Constitution. Can we really blame this one officer though, when even State Supreme Court judges apparently either don't know the law of the land or are comfortable disregarding it?

    When the "supreme" court in that district creates their own policies that serve to govern the publicly funded building, it still turns them into a self-governing FACTION shrouded in SECRECY, which is unconstitutional and goes AGAINST the LAW OF THE LAND.
    If they threaten you with a court order, THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE THE ORDER BY LAW or risk it being THROWN OUT IN COURT as lack of evidence!

    Yep, I've been in this.position before. They arrested me for recording the OUTSIDE of a courthouse and was made to delete the footage BY THE JUDGE!! But he didn't have to worry because the lieutenant who arrested me already deleted everything - true story

    America seriously needs to look at how it trains its police. It takes upto 2 years to become a trained police officer in Europe, and you have to have a decent level of education before you are allowed begin that training
