Bening honest security is supposed to “observe and report”… the position does not require them to know the nuances of the law/civil rights…they try to follow rules of their employer..if that. Police officers barely understand the laws they are sworn to uphold, and use learned procedure and intimidation to “enforce their understanding of law”. Lawyers follow the path of least resistance or monetary reward to clear cases versus uphold the law.
Like watching your videos, your politeness and the way you talk to people puts you in a class above most that do what you do. Look forward to seeing more. Blessings to you and your house. The only way to improve what you do is to do it in a kilt.

Good job Barbara and the security there that understands de-escalation, you did great 👍🏼 I sincerely hope that the rest are educated properly. At this point though, it seems that many people don’t care what the law states. They don’t want to be filmed or told their wrong, they want to be right at all costs. And then there are people like me who understand simple logic. The divide will always be here unless the other half decides logic is the way.

I like how you were in Richmond Virginia today at the DMV I was hoping to do some more videos in Virginia we have a courthouse in orange Virginia that stops you at the door and does not let you in with a cellphone love for you to do a video there cause I know it’s their policy and we all know policy can’t trump law which can’t trump the constitution and I learned that from you.

When your Peacefully Exercising your rights in a Public Building , and Public Officials realize they can not legally make you leave , they resort to Threats of Arrest, and try to Shame you for Exercising your Rights. Security guards usually don't know the laws , and know less of the Constitution

It just goes to show that even security, which has very minimal authority, will throw a fit the second someone doesn’t bow down to their ‘perceived authority’.
When they put on their uniform they think they are the law.
Many of the sorts of people who gravitate to these roles are ALREADY bullies. Then when you mix that with poor training, ignorance and stupidity you get situations like this.
Do you know why we ratified the Constitution? Because 235 years later, every time a citizen invokes his or her rights, every government employee (without exception) responds with "yeah yeah, but..."

I just got dumber listening to the large security guard.
regardless of knowledge of rights, they should know whether the area they are in charge of protecting is open to the public or not. 4 security goons sitting in a lobby 8 hrs a day dont realize that its a publicly accessible area? I mean I know the bar is low, but you would think you could infer from the signs on 2 doors that say employees only, that those where the restricted areas and the lobby itself was open to the public.

Tyranny is growing in this nation. I can say that as I come from a former socialist republic…Bulgaria. My family and I escaped from Bulgaria over 30 years ago and can clearly say, without a doubt, we are becoming complacent and not even questioning it. Scary times but Long Island Audit and other auditors give me a glimmer

How can security hired people not know their jobs
My sister rented an apartment to Bulgarian couple in the early 90s. I spoke to the young man many times over the year or 2 they lived there. Very industrious and hard working dude. He was very good with all tools even bought his own lathe and set it up in the garage adjoining the apt. He knew anything and everything about automotives and once got my work truck back running when it stalled on the side of the road one day. ❤️ Bulgaria
It always amazes me as an Aussie, growing up with this idea that Americans are patriotic... how many have zero idea of their rights. How many public officials believe the building they work in is "Private" and get so protective over their space and they don't have the IQ to understand yet are given authority. Went from "Land of the free" to the "Land of the policy"... it's refreshing to see people like Sean keeping the dream alive and that all hope is not lost. 💜🇦🇺

Spot on Aussie, I’m from the former Great Britain and I grew up with the same admiration for the American spirit but have since been disillusioned with how so many Americans don’t appreciate how fortunate they are/were to be born in such a great and free country. Your point about the IQ level there explains how they’re losing the rights and freedoms so many generations fought for, upheld and valued. It’s so sad to see this happening in the former home of the brave and the land of the free.
You know California alone has almost double Australia's population right? And they have a pretty poor reputation from a lot of people. I'm from Ohio and we have half the population of Australia. @Eargesplitten Loudenboomer what does population have to do with anything? I've seen audits from Ohio too and even there people had no idea of their rights. Public officials thinking they work in private buildings too. I've watched audits from most states actually the rhetoric is the same.. very few know their rights and officers follow procedure more than uphold the oath they took. So it has nothing to do with population or California, but more to do with ignorance and lack of accountability.

it's not just that these people work for the public. They are just ordinary citizens outside of work. Ordinary people that have these rights are completely ignorant of their rights and try to deny others of theirs, essentially eliminating their own.
