Mera body mere under mei hai. Jab marzi mei weight gain kar leta hu jab marzi lose kar leta huu. Kisi shadi ya function me jana hai 2 month baad to mei 2 month mei 4-5 kg lose kar leta huu. Mene aisa 5 baar kia. Lekin kaise:-
1. Mera bmi 1784 calories ka h present time mei to agar mujhe weight lose karna hai to mei 1300 calories lene lag jata hu.
2. 15-20 min squat aur pushup aur plank karta huu.
3. Apne mind ko apne under mei rakhta huu joki sabse bada factor hai weight na lose hone ka.
Aur haa sath mei protein lena hai 4 egg white ya 200gm chicken.
Mera yhi itna tha bas. Thankyou ❣️
Moral of the whole talk :-
1) Don't follow the advice of people blindly.
2) Know the purpose of your weight loss or gain.. It means do it according to your will.
3) Stop eating sugar and reduce salt intake.
4) Exercise is compulsory, for sustainable fitness.
5) Don't go for fad diets and unhealthy weight loss instead focus on gaining muscles and reducing inches.

I have lost around 16 kgs nd i wanna say : eat healthy , do exercise everyday, try to avoid suger! Dont do unhealthy dieting it will loose ypur weight but leave you with the loosen skin, focus on slow nd steady transformation journey just dont do it for few months instead make it habit ! Nd the important thing is : take your collagen supplements it will help you with strech marks or loose skin

@@mufidkhan2992 first I lost 10 kg in 3 month's ( it was a really bad idea as I went with fasting nd unhealthy extreme dieting . So I had to stop cause I was having lines nd strech marks , so I went to my normal life style nd collagen suppliment so put on 4 kgs again after 4 months I started doing exercises nd cut down90% of. My suger intake nd started cutting out 500. Cal daily nd 500 with exercises ! Then I never Starve my self I enjoyed my those few months like eating everything but in a moderation ! Nd exercises daily so I took again 4 months to loose all that extra weight nd toned down my body
One thing I learnt from my almost 2 years of a journey nd experiments : you body is different, you have different surrounding so do what is healthy fir your body nd pls don't follow others. So blindly do your own research tooo
