oh cool, thanks, I was using Clippy by Efuse before to do this. This looks a lot better actually, I like that it shows the logo and channel information.

Thank you for the tutorial! Great video and easy to follow! I did want to ask if you or anyone else has had issues with the clip starting, pausing/freezing for 10 seconds and then playing? If so, how can I fix it?
do you have browser acceleration on? try turning it off if your using obs. it was making all my stuff laggier than anything

This feature doesnt work for me on my stream. I have been trying to fix it for weeks. When i put in the !so command nothing happens. Just the command in the chat... But when i execute the TEST from pixelchat, it does show up on my screen
I just found this out! Is this command only for Streamers and Mods to use or how do you make it so not everyone can use it? And thanks so much for making it simple and very easy to follow!
I think there's an option for normal chatters too, it's been a while since I used it haha

I personally just use a very minimal shout out that doesn't do a clip anymore, I found that personally I didn't like seeing my own clips on peeps streams lol
@@GSFeare Yeah! And I agree with that as well. I saw streamers using a tag where it just shows their twitch picture and a little description of them and then at the very bottom the last game they are playing. I've been looking for that and unfortunately I didn't want to harass the broadcaster on how to implement it.
Recently it doesn't respond to the shoutout command in chat but when I test the alert in pixel chat it will show up on OBS. Is there something I need to change with the commands? Or?
I'm not entirely sure, I haven't used it in awhile

if you have a chatbot for commands just make a !so command there. I use nightbot and just have a text command tied to !so there.
don't I have to connect a chatbot witrh my stream for the !so chat command? If I type !so in, nothing happens. I'm not able to trigger the shoutout

I'd google pixelchat dot TV to be honest. I'm not sure why some have troubles with the link :(
the only thing I don't like is I can't change the length of the clips shown. I can keep the shoutout visible for longer, but it still only plays a few seconds of a clip.

Does anyone else just experience insane lag with the shoutouts? It will play for like 1 second and then just stop for a long time before playing a second again. I have this with pretty much every shoutout service there is...

lol at thinking you'll get banned for having a 30 second bit of music from a clip, that not only 1 person, but TWO people are likely talking over. No one's gotta even notice a clip at all if it doesn't have sound, completely negating the point of them.
