@@kspr69 I used a wire loop, or remove driver body from wheel and use thin flathead screwdriver or something to tap out from the other side through the middle.

My freehub doesnt seems to be easy. it has sealed bearings cartridge on the outter part. i cant take it out without removing the wholte freehub which requres a 15mm allen wrench on the non drive side. do you know if such freehubs are suposed to dont be service? beucase its a pain. firstly to find a 15 mm allen key that is not the cost of the freehub itself. thanks

Yep, that is the key issue here.
You will often damage the dust cover at removal. Mounting is no problem. Does anyone have a solution?

(1)ラチェット爪部分にグリス(ドイツ製デュラ?)は粘度高すぎです。さらさらのミシン油が正解です。ベアリングボール球組付け時の粘着に最低限使用します。(2)新球の輝きがなく曇っているということは細かいキズが入り摩耗が進んでいるということです。次回ここまでバラす手間を考えると全球交換がよいでしょう。(3)このラチェットによる一方向フリーメカは軸受け機能はなく、力行時には個々のベアリング、カップ、玉押し部ともずれ回転運動はしていないので、バイクが速くなります、は誤解を生じます。この箇所のメンテによりラチェット音を発生させるような空転時のロスがわずかに減りますが、グリスアップによる粘度上昇による摩擦せん断ロスのほうが増えるでしょう。(4)メンテの主眼は、むき出しの箇所に近いことでのチェーンスプロケの摩耗カスと路面の砂ホコリを巻き込んだ古いオイルの洗浄ですが、そのためならあえてバラさずパーツクリーナーをたっぷり使用してこれらを洗い流し、低粘度のオイルを追加することでじゅうぶん達成できます。ラチェットメカの不調時(粘度上昇で引っ込んだまま張り付いて力行時に歯飛び・空転する)にはバラすこともありますが、通常のライドでその状態まで乗り続けたら、買い替えのタイミングでは？ 海水没や大クラッシュでラチェット不調になったら、むしろBBやブレーキ系のほうが先に逝っているでしょう。取説補足的には有益な動画です。ありがとうございます。
