Fantastic technique for installing the bearings and them packing with grease. I'll need to learn how to do it like that. Thanks for sharing this fine video!
I suggest that you use more grease and tightly pack the washer with it, might have a little more friction but grease keeps water out as it's not a sealed bearing, so the first time some water gets in the side effects start appearing soon.
Thank you for your advice. There are different opinions about the amount of grease, if there is too much, it will come out and start sticking to dust and sand
@@NiceBikeService The oil will separate from the grease over time and attract dirt, i agree that you should use more and then the grease that gets pushed out will act as a seal. These are low end hubs with no seal that require much more frequent maintenance and i would definitely over pack them with grease.

Would be great to see the names of liquids you used
Hello. When washing the balls, we used refined gasoline "galoshes", the closest analog of kerosene (camping) fuel. In the sprayer, an automotive engine cleaner, for lubrication, a thick calcium grease divinol
@@NiceBikeService thanks for the answer)
Sempre coloquei 11 esferas 🤔🤷!
Hi what is the part number of those bearrings and the cone
I can't tell you that, I don't know.
Front Hub HB-TX505
bearing balls 3/16 size, 10 on each side.

you could have put a little more grease to start coming out and make a seal against the dust that had entered the bearing
possibly
@@JavierVargasBGyou dont need to grease sealed bottom bracket bearings but you should put grease at the contact points to keep water and dirt outside, yeah dirt sticks into the surface of the grease but it will cant go farther that that, so it may not even reach the outside of the bearing seals. If you outside bearing bb greasing as a type of sealing is a must.
@@JavierVargasBGyeah, there can be to much grease but thats really more important at high speed bearings, like engine powered machines. In those to much grease is similar when you try to run in water, its hard. It can cause the bearings to overheat and fail.
Assuming you know how to take care of the bike, low-end ball bearing bikes are pretty good to ride.
This is true
hola, yo instaló con rulemanes brindado y listo, mucho mejor con rulemanes
Aclárame, no entiendo lo que has instalado.
Where is your shop located my friend? 🚴♂️
Hello, my friend. Our workshop is located in Ukraine, Kyiv
@@NiceBikeService hope You are still ok, My Friend, avoiding the conflict
Dlaczego firma Shimano nie zastosuje patentu, aby wsadzić do takiej piasty zestawu łożysk tocznych (podwójnie zamkniętych)?
wszystko może się zdarzyć)))
7:50 Where u brought that cone nuts?
You can buy them in online bike shops. For the workshop, we bought them in bulk in our country
Le liquide transparent s'il vous plaît ?????

what is the part number of the replaced cone nut?
If I'm not mistaken, the nut is M9
@@NiceBikeService thank you!
Great stuff but there’s no way in hell a bunch of soil will be found in your hub on your ball bearings.😂😂😂

May I Know 5:35 liquid name please ?
This is a variant of refined gasoline, we call it "kalosha", so I understand that the analog is camping gasoline or coleman (camping) fuel
Pozdrawiam.
Change into bearing

Cairan pembersih yg dipakai apa sih
Brak łożysk maszynowych w tak nowych piastach to zbrodnia.
Są tańsze i łatwiejsze w produkcji. Wytrzymują długo podczas codziennej jazdy
You put 10 ball bearings on each side instead of 11
thanks for the advice ! 😘
11? isnt it usually 9 or 10? also its customary to remove one for some mechanics to help it spin
Talking a bit would help a Lot
Thank you for your comment. Some additional information will be in the subtitles. We shoot without words so that people from different countries can understand it
magnet again, ok you did not use it on new balls
Yeah. I love magnets.)
I clean it with gasoline, it's really worth it
Thank you for your comment. Indeed, gasoline copes well with grease contamination
Do tell the solutions you are using e.g.thinner/ petrol/ turpentine or whatever😂😂😂😂
Thank you for your advice. We will try to include the names of substances in subtitles😸
Second tip: Make the video titles in 2 languages, English and Russian. other people will come to you then
in English, that's enough.
the video has no words, it's intranational.

you mean the dust covers?
@@NiceBikeService yes! Haha
Be careful and use a wider tool if remove. A narrow tool will damage them and deform.@@gabormolnar6126
