Appreciate how you got the shot starting to go down the stairs with the cabinet - went back up and shot it again from the bottom - you guys definitely deserve lunch for that epic attention to cinematography
Love my pipefish - had a pair - one died after a couple of months. So I have bought another one - which is likely a different species or the same sex... anyhow if there is a problem I can get it out ;)
Yay a GA video was just what I needed, and it's even a long one! Cheers mates! Hope all is well. I still remember the early days of your channel. The editing and filming has really improved :) But the store sessions are few and far between ;)
I still remember you being one of our top supporters way back then, you’d never fail to leave a great comment. We will get back into store sessions once the second shop is fully finished I think. Cam
@@GalleryAquaticaTV Tears of joy over here! Life's too busy for good youtube comments ;) I'll send you a message on FB at some point. I've got good aquarium related news, that I want to share :D
Wow you made a potential stressful day look like a breeze. Great video! The advice about being prepared with all the containers and gear is clutch. So you don’t run into issues in the middle of this process. Liked and subscribed! Thanks
Once again a fabulous video, you did a ace job on moving it so easily it’s hard work moving a reef system in a single day, but you guys made it look easy.. you worked you ass off to do that in a single day.. Respect my fellow if reefers can’t wait for your next video 👌👍👍 best wishes from the UK 🇬🇧
Can you stop telling us how nice the weather is in your winter please some of us are from colder climates 🇬🇧. Great video fills me with more confidence for my upcoming tank move. Those tanks aren’t light you guys make it look easy 🏋️♂️🏋️
Well done Cam! Having just gone through the process of moving from my Neptunian cube to my new tank ... a grand total of 2 meters across the room... I fully understand just how much work something like this is!!! Whatever you charge for doing tank moves like that it isn't enough!
I was thrown off at all the shoes involved in this video but the only saving grace was the Leatherman made a cameo. Lol jk this was a flawless relocation.
Great job and another great vid, but seriously do you have to rub it in with the 30c winter comment???? you guys would freeze in summer down my way hahaha
Amazing work on such a big job. I couldn't have resisted the opportunity to scrape down the glass, clean all the equipment, etc., but no time for all that!
I have learned the new word “pinky” and search for them at Wikipedia. ( I am from 🇩🇪) The word "pinky" is derived from the Dutch word pink, meaning "little finger".
We sell them at the shop, however they’re normally available at plastics specialist shops that typically deal in plastic bottles, drums and barrels. Cam
Gang,I think if you were to move a tank for me ,it would be;pull the new tank out of the box.Setup and add two clownfish,an anemone, and two corals.Spend the rest of the afternooon and mid evening sampling some Kentucky Bourbon and steaks and shrimps and cray fish on the barbie. What do you think? Stay well Australia! Doc BC
If I’m moving an established mixed reef tank an hr away do I have to remove the sand and go bare bottom and then add the sand back over time if I don’t wanna stick to bare bottom?? I’m getting mixed info here I’ve done it multiple times myself without removing the sand and I don’t remember anything besides like an algae bloom or something similar but I’m being repeatedly told if I don’t remove the sand then when I set it back up I’ll have a crash and lose my more sensitive corals I’m the process and that’s the last thing I wanna do.. was told that or I would have to move the tank with 3-4in of water left in it and don’t see that being possible 3 people moving a 120 with 2-4” sand bed and water plus it’s a glass aquarium sku da like it’d be waaaay too heavy
I think the worst thing you can do is to ditch the sand during a tank relocation. I always keep it, as the beneficial bacteria you’ll keep is a huge advantage to the water chemistry in the days following the move. The problem people have when they keep the sand is the detritus in the sand can pollute the water after it’s removed and put back in, however this is easily fixed by rinsing the sand in seawater (preferably from the tank). I ALWAYS keep the sand. Cam
@@GalleryAquaticaTV so I’m supposed to use my salt to mix up a bunch of water to rinse the sand?? Please buy some proper shoes😁. Greetings from Paris where its almost summer and 14°Celsius. Let's move a tank to Paris 😁. Do you guys sometime move tanks on a real long distance?
All this time I've been cutting the bags open! Thanks Reefbeard!
With Reefbeard’s system you can easily reuse bags. Cam
I feel your pain. This weekend I moved my 75 gallon from the living room into the kitchen in order to redo the floors. It was a pain.
Came hear for the Cam but stayed for the Reefbeard

Reefbeard definitely king of tank moves now 😉 🤣🤣🤣
We have another king called Shop Boi. He’ll be featured in lots of tank moves soon. Cam
Amazing. Kudos to you folks. This is like shifting house. Literally shifting the entire house. Well done!
Thanks, I sometimes think moving house is easier than moving the tank😂
Well done, didn't realise you was moving the system to a new house thought you was just moving it downstairs. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Yeah, we could have been a bit clearer about the job at the start, but to be honest I was a little overwhelmed at the start😂
@@GalleryAquaticaTV still made great watching 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Really enjoyed this move

Another great video as always, guys. Love the channel and always manage to learn something.

A lot of work done there . Great job per usual.

Watched this like 5 times so far
it took me like 6 hours to move my All In One 25g with a handful of corals and three fish..lol

How's the second shop coming along? Open yet? 👍

Funny, at the start of the day I was thinking I would do that too, but by the end of the day I wasn’t so keen😂

Did you put all the fish in a single container?
Hey Cam, hope you are doing well.

@@GalleryAquaticaTV doing well mate, sleep deprived tho. The little one is 10 weeks today so still has no routine 😪
I remember those days, hang on a bit and the sleep routine will improve😊
Where you got the barrels?
Did you have any issues with SPS since the new tank had no bacteria established yet
Well done guys, what would you do with our Reef beard, make it look so easy
When packing the truck for a tank move always include at least one Reefbeard.
What is the name of the techno music in the video? I shazammed, but didn't get the title
Electro Cabello by Kevin MacLeod you can find it here

What would you do if the tank had sand. Also do you not trust the sucker to carry the tank with . Great info cheers guys
We use a dustpan to remove sand. We use the suckers strategically, there are some times when it’s best to carry the tank from underneath. Cam
I have learned the new word “pinky” and search for them at Wikipedia. ( I am from 🇩🇪)

Wow, I learn more from your comments than anyone else😉
Great work! How many hrs did it take roughly?
Where can I find a few of those fish barrels you use?
We sell them at the shop, however they’re normally available at plastics specialist shops that typically deal in plastic bottles, drums and barrels. Cam
I'm in the USA so don't think I can stop by for a few anytime soon. Been looking for that style online to order but can't find it.
Does Reef beard have a reef in his beard? 🤣🤣🤣
No, but he keeps all his supplements and coral foods in there.
@@GalleryAquaticaTV 🤣🤣🤣 good idea, I might grow one as well then everything is to hand!
Weird seeing Cam in shoes 😂
I wondered if anyone would notice... don’t worry, I’m fully naked-feet in the next video😂
Was this aquarium sold or owners moving.
Get video as always

Great job guys! Q. Is that a mini roller mat in the sump? If so do you have them in stock?
