Beautiful class! FOR ALL OF US DESKSITTERS, CHAUFFEUR MOMS, UBER DRIVERS & ANYBODY ELSE THAT SITS ALOT DURING THE DAY: this is the stretching class for us!! Starts with stretching & releasing the neck (so important!), then opens up the entire side body & the entire lower portion of the body (hams, quads, calves, adductors/inner thighs, hip flexors, psoas...). Brilliant sequencing of the stretches & love how she understands that when doing seated work & sitting cross legged (criss cross applesauce), it is so important to change out the front leg when doing each side!! Have been looking for a great stretching class after sitting for long periods of time and this one is, IMO, if not the best, one of the best stretching classes out there. Thank you!!!
