Chinese Stir Fry Beef Celery

  • Here easy & quick stir fry cooking that you might like. This time using beef short rib & crunchy celery. Enjoy. Below are the list of Ingredients: Again, thru the courtesy of our dedicated viewer Mr. Michael Taylor for taking time to type those list. So you can COPY-PASTE-PRINT the same.     List of Ingredients: * created by HAPPY WOK *
    1 pound beef short ribs (cut each segment)
    marinade
    1 Tbsp -- each, light soy sauce & corn starch
    1 tsp ---- each, rice wine & white pepper
    as needed -- cooking oil
    2 Tbsp -- each, ginger & garlic (minced)
    6 stick -- celery (cut diagonally into serving size)
    2 stalk -- green onion (cut 2 inches in length)
    1 Tbsp -- rice wine (for drizzling)
    ** pre-mix sauce **
    1/3 cup -- beef broth
    1 Tbsp -- each, oyster sauce & light soy sauce
    1 tsp ---- each, sesame oil & rice wine
    1 tsp ---- each, white sugar & white pepper
    ** slurry **
    1 tsp - corn starch & 1/8 cup - water

    Hello Chef. I've made similar dishes like this. It was really good. Oh, I had to go to Toronto last weekend so on the way back, we stopped at Centra to pick up more Chinese goodies. While I was there, I searched for the vegetable I asked you about I couldn't identify cuz it wasn't labelled. It was garlic sprout. Now I know. Question; do you recommend freezing pre cooked miki noodles? Thank you Chef.

      I don't freezed pre cooked noodle like miki, shanghai or ho fun. I refrigerate them. I usually use it same day I bought them. Thanks for asking. Thanks for watching.

    This looks great...with the exception that the Beef still has bone in it. i would have done this with Steak tips.
