Stacey, thank you so much for this video. It was perfect. I've never been able to make a stir-fry that actually turned out well. You made it so easy and straightforward that even I could get it right. I will be watching out for more of your content.
I'm getting better at cooking Asian dishes, with a lot of your help. But I don't think I'll ever do it as quickly as you do!! Thanks for another great video!!
Made this again tonight. Cut the slices thinner and it tasted better than the best restaurant dish. As a diabetic the dish had minimal effect on my glucose even adding the small amount of sugar. I can’t eat it with rice, but it’s delicious as is.
Took a trip to the local Asian market and bought all of the ingredients. The dish was simple to make and it was delicious. I need to get better at slicing my beef thinner but that will have to wait for the next recipe I try.
Hi Stacey!!! Your recipe looks very delicious...I would like to try to make this. YUMS !!!... I need to buy dark soy sauce, rice wine and bok-choy when I get to the store...I have all the rest of the ingredients. Cant wait to try this...YUMS!!!...Great Video!!!...🇺🇸🦋
When you added the extra cornstarch solution (slurry), the gravy disappeared. There was too much cornstarch. I had to double the brown sauce and the Soy, Oyster and dark soy to have any gravy.
Interesting..... Thanks for sharing This dish reminds me of Orange Chicken It to, starts out wet then dries up to a sticky syrup Eat it the way you like ❤
Thank you for this video. I definitely love this kind of food but could never cook like this so hopefully now with your awesome guidance I will be successful. Would you possibly have a Mongolian beef recipe with broccoli? Excellent job.
Stacey, I'm giving this recipe a try for dinner tonight. I wasn't able to find any cute little Bok Choy like you have. Maybe I'll sauté the thicker stems (they taste fine, not as tender) a little longer before I add the tops. I'll let you know!
It looks delicious, but I was wondering we have a shellfish allergy so the oyster sauce would not be good for us. What would you suggest in replacement of that?
I love your video's and recipes. I save everyone of them. In the recipes you always say beef. Can you please say what kind of beef you use. Thanks so much.

You can use hoisin sauce or terriyaki sauce
