I have a Protech Strider PT since 2017 and I agree that it is an excellent small knife for someone with large hands. The PT and Kershaw Launch are my two favorite smaller autos.
Cali-legal autos are *two* inches or shorter to carry, though you can buy & own any size or type. I've got a BladeShow version of this little guy in damascus with a knurled rubber handle .
Just went to Smoky mountain knife works and I showed my brother this knife in all black and he's like done son I'm buying it. It's so perfect in my hand but who cares about my hand it's his knife
I need me a Strider. I wish ProTech would do some non-auto versions, or if the Buck-Strider could come back. Or the best would be if people stopped trying to double/triple there money on the secondary market on Mick Striders.
Great infomercial, almost got me to place that order🤩🤑 But still held back on account of the 15 week wait for delivery thru Böker.de and in part because where I live auto's of any size are just illegal to carry🤧 So I'll try to keep my distance from this one ... for now😷

Just bought the bladehq exclusive version in desert warrior and it is amazing. Lock up is rock solid, action is flawless and very strong.
There seems to be a direct linear relationship between the awkwardness of a carry profile and it ergonomics.
Correction young man there was a calloboration with the larger Strider in Auto. It was by Microtech Named the D.O.C. and Kill Switch.
i bought one at blade show this year as a "coping strider"
