I just left this message yesterday in the Kula and wanted to share it here for anyone on the fence to join! feel like this one was made for me. I remember I requested one that had moments of pause and breath between the flow of things and this was it and more thank you Nicole Wild. The timing of this was impeccable. AZ is getting cooler and it was the perfect temperature outside just like this practice felt for more than my body , but soul. Thank you thank you. Not a day goes by I am not thinking " How did I get to lucky to have this container be a place I can call an extention of my internal H-ome "
Lovd this! So much cool mobility and fun changes to regular poses and my virasana lying on to my back today was so easy, we must have stretched and strengthened all the parts of the body to make it so availalble!

I love your classes. Always something new and spicy. My only comment is the length of savasana. Your guiding words are inciteful but you dont give a long time in silence. Please extend the video a bit longer before jumping into a commercial.
i hope your knee feels better! I've had struggles with mine too -- of course you should see a physical therapist or doctor for proper diagnosis and protocol, but many of us could benefit from exercises to strengthen the muscles that support the knees!
I know the koula is your main thing but PLEASE more of this or longer. It's incredibly creative and fun.
