Looks really good. I built a house at the beach in 1985 from the ground up. Nothing as satisfying as doing it yourself.
This brings back memories, good ones and a smile. You two have the personalities it takes to do anything you want

You should both be very proud, just like building your home you have also built a powerhouse of a UA-cam channel, community and followers.
I love watching your channel, as a avid DIY'r dad I have learned so much from your channel and continue to grow my skillet into bigger DIY projects that I would not think of doing originally. You share ideas and recommendations of other products, materials etc you can use which other channels don't.
To conclude keep up the brilliant work Jim & Lydia and keep those DIY videos, videos about cooking and life coming because after a long hard day of work I like to sit down and watch UA-cam and your videos inspire me so much.

100,000 well deserved! Over 161,000 now, heading for 200,000! Lydia you vetoed an elevator?! Now that is a cool item! I have been in quite a few houses in the Chicago area that had them. Some original, some added later. One person, two person. Jim, if you had put it in the original plan? Then maybe, Lydia would have gone for it? If you put it in the shop, you may have to call it a lift, because now it is a tool! You guys have a very enjoyable channel. Thanks for putting yourselves out there!

I did home improvents for 7 years and I helped my boss build cabinets in homes. And it isn't easy getting the measurements down to a 1/32". My boss used to use a mechanical pencil or a felt tip pen because the lines were very thin. I tried that and I just made a mess lol. Looked like a 1st grader was trying to draw lol. They really look good and the lay out is very nice.
