Someone recommended the elite ritual as an easy drawing bow for a family member with shoulder issues and I checked it out.. made me want to look deeper at the Elites. Love that you're testing up to 520gr arrows to show efficiency.
Bow is great, there factory service is the worst. Month and a half to get cams, cables and string replaced on my Omina elite replaced this Summer. Sold the bow never, own elite again.
Just recently purchased a Elite Omnia about 1.5 week ago and noticed rubbing on both ends. Is it worth taking it back to the dealer to get it correctly adjusted or getting a refund?
I shot the omnia and it was not for me.i shot the vtm 31 and 34.i bought the vtm 34 set up at 82 pounds. I have a shorter draw length at 28.5.im on the #2 mod and it is fast.feels like I'm drawing 70 pounds.going on my first ever elk hunt in Utah this year.im training hard .thanks again for your support of our veterans. Ex marine here and semper fi.
I have the omnia and love it!! If you don't like the soft back wall put the limb stops on that come with it its rock solid! In my mind the best bow of the year! I shot alot of other bows and this is by far my favorite!
I agree, shot a bunch of bows December thru January and settled on the omnia . Omnia is stellar and its held up to heavy use and the only issue ive had is the poundage dropping from 72# to 68# after 3000 arrows which is totally normal.
@@mikeguy9668 I agree with you 100% but a bunch of youtube reviewers seem to think about every other manufacturer has a better backwall than the omnia(cable stops). If the backwall isn't solid enough for someone they can easily install the double limb stops that come with the bow which not even one of the reviewers even brought up or considered. Rokslide just made a video comparing the omnia, phase 4, and hoyt vtm with the omnia having 3/32" string movement once the cable stops hit the cables while pulling 17#(simulating a back tension release). One of the other bows had only 1/16" of movement @17#. You need to be aware that every bow hunter can feel 1/32" of difference in the backwall of a bow ; )...
what are your thoughts of the cable rubbing issue? Has it been fixed or is it still occurring? considering purchasing this next week but that’s a bit of a concern.
I got a ss34 instead of the omnia. I was slreally excited about the omnia when it came out last year. But after watching A TON of reviews in it, a ton of people were having trouble with cable rub in the cams. And having tuning issues. So thats what made me get the ss34. I dont care about speed. I shoot 60 pounds so it doesnt matter to me. I shoot 70 yards easy. Thats all i need. And the draw is so butter smooth. The omnia is so stiff. If you do get the omnia and not too stubborn about speed. Getbthe comfort mods.
Getting the omnia in a few months. Planning to run 500 grain arrows. Glad to see you testing multiple weights. I plan to hunt with it and shoot ibo and asa tournaments so 280 is the sweet spot.

To me it's the elite and hoyt are the best this year
Hoyt came out with new risers, but the cams are the same as the ventum pros. So not much difference besides the ata.
Add the draw stops and you loose that sponginess but it's all in what you want and like. So customizable! We are loving ours.

Great review 🔥🔥
I've got the comfort mods and using the limbstops at 90% let off, and there's no dump at the end anymore. You only lose 5 fps for those mods.
The Bowtech SS34 is a much better now.

The omnia does not have a soft backwall with the cable stops at all

@@tsi-rocket4144 fair enough. I guess I'm one of those guys that can't tell that fine of a difference. But I'm sure there's guys out there that can.

I have the same concerns.... did you buy one?
Been corrected in the factory now 🤙

Am I eligible to buy a flag and get entered from abroad?
I could not find if you limit it to the US (which would be understandable).

Ive heard bowtech, hoyt and elite ove heard great things about this year.
Last year i think it was PSE and Matthews.
I think i would have left the shop with this bow had it not been fit with 60lbs limbs, last one on the wall. Great review, keep it up!
I’m currently shooting an Envision and absolutely love it! The Omnia is quite sexy though.
Hoyt vtm!!
Don’t like sponginess put the limb stops on
I got the Verdict, awesome bow.
As a vet myself I wana say thank you
I bought a flag. I hope i win!
It's a good bow that's what I shoot
How about a425 gr. Arrow
Everyone that left the factory had the control cable rubbing the top cam. Bow of the year. What a joke
You mean only the pre-ordered ones did? They solved it ever since the first batch.
Do you also say that Mathews is a joke? They still put protective plastic on the cables of current TRX models for that exact reason.
If thats your only complaint, I think they are doing good.
@@Rikcey I shoot for mathews. I have a phase 4 29. And trx 36. And my cables don't rub
I had no issues so you are wrong with that statement
