Thank you Sean for taking us on this tour. It's nice to see a great product made in the USA. I'll be looking forward to checking the Elite out for my next box. Cheers from Colorado
As a design engineer that works at a large factory, I can tell you that these guys absolutely know what they are doing. Very impressive. I'll be getting an elite for my next bow.
That’s so cool that you were able to go to the Elite factory to see the operation and meet the people. I live in upstate N.Y. 2 1/2 hours south of where the factory is. I’ve shot Elite since 2012
I used to be a bowtech guy. In 2009 I bought a gt500 and z28. I now own my gt500 and impulse 34. Elite is all I'll shoot. The ease of tuning and the feel of the bow is second to none.
Great to see a company so committed to quality. I have a Victory that is a few years old and still shoots great. Just placed an order for the new Echelon 37. Thanks for your time making these videos!
I recently bought an elite ritual, May 2020. I've followed your channel for a while but just recently found this episode while looking up tuning tips for this bow. This episode has cemented in my mind why I've looked forward to buying the ritual for so long. Thanks Sean. And thanks Elite.
You are welcome, Landon. I was happy and blessed that Elite opened their doors to me and enabled me to do it. Great bows and a great company. I was impressed by them. Thanks for watching and God bless. Sean
Thanks Sean and guys at the Elite factory for such a great video. As a machinist of over 30 years, I especially like the work holing fixture that lets you grip and release during the machining of the risers, so that when the stresses in the material that are released after the rough milling cycle can then be machined out during the finish milling cycle. By doing this I'am sure that those risers are spot on. (pun intended).
One of your best videos to date, and I have watched many of yours. I especially appreciate this tour. I did not even see this until after I recently ordered my first Elite Bow, which is a Ritual 33. As someone who was an American factory worker as a master-craftsman mechanic for many years, I love see the processes that go into making a product. I can see that I've made the right decision in purchasing an Elite. I can also see this as a possible vacation trip someday in the future.
Great video Sean! I have not owned an Elite bow, but My local dealer where I bought my last couple of Mathews does sell them. I will have to shoot one soon. This insight to how they are produced and the high standards to which they are held before leaving the factory, was just awesome to see and your time you took to make this video is appreciated. Thanks again!!!
Thanks so much brother, Steve. I appreciate it and I am sure they do too. I have so many review videos to put together and so little time that it is a challenge right now. Each review has sooo many cuts and splices that it just takes forever to put together. This video was easier because there were larger segments. Anyway, thanks for watching. God bless ya
Just stumbled upon this video and glad i did.Its great to see quality and integrity is still part of the processes in designing and construction standards. This was a thorough look into the manufacturing process.I was hoping we would’ve at least had the opportunity to watch you test fire some of the products being promoted. Thanks for posting.
Thats amazing nice to see there done in great care very well spoken by the owner of the place love the bow and the great work they put in to there bows.......
I agree with G273 outdoors "This insight to how they are produced and the high standards to which they are held before leaving the factory, was just awesome to see and your time you took to make this video is " Thanks for the video Sean.
I just bought my first elite bow. It was the impulse 34. I stripped the upper and lower cam mod screw heads. I was using a new set of allen wrenches. I hope and pray this is not how my future will be shooting a elite. Great video. Thanks for sharing!!
That’s frustrating. Make sure you are not using metric Allen wrenches because they won’t fit perfectly and will result in stripping like you’ve experienced. God bless.
Thank's Sean and everyone at Elite. What a great company and it's good to know the same company is making slick trick one of my favorite broadhead's.Definately one of the best factory tour's iv'e seen, thanks and God bless.
Sean's Outdoor Adventures I work in the Auto industry, we follow all the acronyms he was talking. I going to give Elite a serious look next year when in market! Thanks again shared this video on my Facebook
That was enjoyable 😉. I dont know what they are paying Corey but he needs a raise!! His people skills are next level!! Makes me want to buy ANOTHER Elite rig.
This is Bloody good !! Do you realize how many Thousands of people that see this ? Not just what it says above that had the decency to click thumbs up ?? but also the people that Don`t !! This Must MUST do the Company justice and a HUGE thumbs up to you Sean!! even though I have and am a Bowtech Fan, This Video will stick in my mind for my next Bow !! >> Thank You !!
I have been, and continue to be, a hardcore Hoyt fan. However, I really appreciate everything that Corey has said as I am an aircraft mechanic by trade. It is truly impressive what Elite is doing in their NY manufacturing facility, and all the changes that he has discussed will pay off for Elite Archery. I certainly do now have a greater respect for their brand.
That was a nice tour of the shop listening and watching this video made me interested in elite products I’m thinking of getting the Kure bow and the target bow too
Thanks for sharing your tour with us! I didn't realize a couple of those companies were affiliated with Elite. As a Kentucky resident, I'm sad to see those companies move. At any rate, it's was a neat introduction to their facilities! Thanks again!
Sure thing, Chip. My pleasure. Glad you liked it. I understand about the jobs moving. Not that it is any consolation, but at least they are jobs that stayed in the USA! God bless ya.
I love this video.. I love my Elites and I’m a 20+ year mfg engineering and ops - I’m extremely impressed and I feel more comfortable shoot my high quality bow. I wish I could work there... US Manufacturing rocks!
ABSOLUTELY A GREAT VIDEO,,,,,MY NEXT BOW WILL BE AN ELITE! I WANT TO SEE 1ST HAND WHAT THIS BOW DOES AFTER BEING A HOYT MAN FOR YEARS AND MATHEWS BEFORE THAT. THANKS FOR THE TOUR.................
great video. interesting and cool to see a company move to NY, I am from NJ and it seems like more and more businesses are leaving these two states all the time.
Love this . Loving this company . I like the way their manufacturing looks to run smooth . Same way we did at General Motors lordstown . I m going to see what opportunities exist at that Elite plant . Man , I love shooting bows . I m currently looking for a bow tech Diamond used . So hard to find . Someone please replicate that bow ! Best bow I have ever shot and I know there’s a lot out there . I haven’t tried an elite yet .
Really neat video. Being new to bow hunting, it's sometimes hard for me to comprehend the cost of the equipment. This tour helps with understanding the detail and engineering that goes into it.
Well done. This is a great example of a safe modern factory. As a retired automotive engineer, I love to see how other industries implement the quality process. If they stay committed to the process their costs will continue to drop and their quality will continue to go up. I was disappointed that he didn't explain that the definition of quality is your ability to meet or exceed your customer's expectations. Bottom line Elite's customers will be getting better bows in the future.
Maaaaaan I bought the hoyt rx1 today and today is when I first watched this video....I wish i would have seen this three days ago and I would have looked to find a dealer to try out the elite bows.....I have a feeling they are great bows......
Yeah, they are really nice. I enjoyed the tour of the factory as well. They were super nice to me there. I'd have to say the best I've been treated by a company so far. Hats off to them. Thanks for watching and God bless ya.
My question is, where does the refuse go, the things or metals that are coming out of the drilled holes, as well as the liquid or water. In a slag dump or river?
You could write to them with that question. I didn’t see any rivers in the area so it’s not likely going into a river. But I’m sure they will answer if you write to them
Did they figure out a fix on the new omnia with the cables rubbing against the mods? I had to shim mine and I think it's fine it's definitely not rubbing but tuning it has been difficult
Great video one thing I thought was as a company was a misstep is; staying in New York. I would have moved to Kentucky with way lower in corporate taxes and much easier in business. Great energy but next time you may want to have you point of sale displays filled in the front of the shop. I get that they just got back from a show so their just trying to get everything back to normal.
Thanks for watching. I'm sure there are some situations where other factors go into a decision than just business taxes which I imagine is part of what was going on in their situation. Regardless, thanks again for watching and God bless ya.
Why are Elite bows Elite? Those Hass machines cost from $300,000 to $1.2 million. I love my Ritual but they couldn't even get the threads for the front stab straight. Stab sticks out noticeably to the right.. wish my riser woulda been getting checked on that QC cart

I doubt I will either buy or recommend an Elite bow for a long time to come.
Sean's Outdoor Adventures impulse was a great bow , I love that tempo.... not a fast bow until it hits my draw , Option six or seven both nice , I know a lot of guys who loved elite for that reason , they would have bought a bow tech or Hoyt or Pse now split limb bow but went elite, I am not saying don’t make split limb bows all I am saying is don’t for get the guys like me who don’t trust split limb
Ive shot elite bows the last two years.. and just thinking about that man as my boss makes me quality guaranteed I’d break his fuckin jaw and switch to Hoyt again……
I’ve worked for a company that went ISO 9000 and it turn a mom and pop company into a shit show. It was ridiculous. Watching this video makes me feel that this company is going down the same road.
LOL, sorry buddy, you'll have to do your own legwork on that one, lol, but I can certainly understand the request. As a married man I just keep on moving without looking back in those situations, lol. For me, I view life as keeping my eyes on the prize, which is heaven, and part of that for me in my state in life means diligent faithfulness to my wife and family. You'll see when you get there, lol. Good luck if you go after her.
I haven an elite but i doesnt inow that thy have lifetime waranty when you register it in the first 30 days now i never will have an lifetime waranty that make me very sad Btw its an echelon like you see the limb in the video
Thank you Sean for taking us on this tour. It's nice to see a great product made in the USA. I'll be looking forward to checking the Elite out for my next box. Cheers from Colorado

awesome!
What a great tour. I loved Cory’s enthusiasm. Very impressive.
Thanks for watching
I used to be a bowtech guy. In 2009 I bought a gt500 and z28. I now own my gt500 and impulse 34. Elite is all I'll shoot. The ease of tuning and the feel of the bow is second to none.
Yeah Elite are really nice
Great to see a company so committed to quality. I have a Victory that is a few years old and still shoots great. Just placed an order for the new Echelon 37. Thanks for your time making these videos!
That is a sweet bow. If I had the money I'd probably get one too. I did a review video on it. Enjoy it.
I recently bought an elite ritual, May 2020. I've followed your channel for a while but just recently found this episode while looking up tuning tips for this bow. This episode has cemented in my mind why I've looked forward to buying the ritual for so long. Thanks Sean. And thanks Elite.

Cool. Let me know what you think when you try one. God bless ya.
Just superb. Great company. Great bow.
thanks
I believe the Elite tour guide was very knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest about the manufacturing process.
Thanks for checking out the video. God bless ya
Great video. Makes me like my Elite Tempo even more.
Awesome, thanks for watching. God bless ya.
That’s a great bow, I love mine. I would buy another for a 3D target bow for mounted ops archery challenge!
As always great video Sean.
I hope that Bowtech won't mind that!¡¡
Thanks Sylvester. I appreciate you watching. I'll address your second part more in the future. I've got to run to do a live show now.
Great video. Man that guy really seems to love his job.
Can't blame him. Thanks for watching, Brad. God bless ya!

Thanks, Chad. It is definitely nice to see the inner workings of it all. God bless ya.
Just ordered a ritual 30. I'm glad to see where it was born.
Great. Enjoy it
I bought a Hoyt Torrex last month as my first bow ever. As of this video, my next bow will be an Elite!
Awesome. Thanks for watching. God bless you.

Good to see the fixtures working well.

Sean's Outdoor Adventures when will you take a tour at hoyt Sean?
Lol, I've written and called Hoyt over the years and they have never responded, so I doubt that will happen any time soon.
Sean's Outdoor Adventures hmmm they must be hiding something....you think they made in China?....lmao
I think they just think I'm not significant enough to make any effort to respond, lol
Seems like a very dedicated bow manufacturing company.
I agree
just ordered my Elite Ritual Vias in honor of the great Jason Hairston ( kuiu and Sitka founder )
#WWG1WGA enjoy the show

I don't think they monitor this video for questions. You may want to ask them directly.
Great video on bows I would work for this company.
Thank you.
Loved the video. I am a metal cutting CNC engineer for zero turn transmissions.
Awesome! Glad to hear it!!! God bless ya and thanks for watching!

It sounds like Corey is on top of his game.
👍
Elite is the most customer oriented company in the archery business that's the sole purpose I shoot one
👍
Great video Sean.
Thanks brother
Livin the dream brother.
Amen!
Why are Elite bows Elite? Those Hass machines cost from $300,000 to $1.2 million. The foundation they set on is 20' foot of concrete and required to hold tolerances of .0001" or better @ 100 inches per minute. I worked as an inspector for a machine shop, and a proclamation of "We cut our tolerances in half" is a statement many will never understand the effort put forth to accomplish it.
Nice
With their consolidation how many were able to move, how many got laid off and were they compensated/helped to get a new job, and how many new jobs were created? Always sad if consolation and streamlining effect members of the team.
👍
Love elite, pro quality and comp prices.
👍
Nice video, the old school Garmin is just the best lol
Thanks
I love my Ritual but they couldn't even get the threads for the front stab straight. Stab sticks out noticeably to the right.. wish my riser woulda been getting checked on that QC cart
That's a bummer.
Fun video! Very interesting! Thank you.
Thanks, glad you liked it. God bless you.
Sean's Outdoor Adventures - God bless you too brother.
Very interesting nice job Sean
Thanks, John. God bless ya and thanks for watching.
Great video man, as always! You must be from upstate because this is in Henrietta, NY.
I live in central PA. It was a little over a three hour drive
oh ok well close enough, thanks for the video's and showing upstate some love.
Yeah man. Amen amen
I shoot Mathews however the Elite Answer really appealed to me. I think Elite is manufacturing a bow this year that is comparable to that bow. I’ll have to shoot one. Great video by the way I’m a new subscriber.
Thanks, Craig. Glad to have you checking out my videos. God bless ya.
Where have you been Sean?
Been right here, where have you been? lol. God bless ya.
Wow. So many reasons to laugh and roll my eyes.
God bless you Kristie.
Thanks Sean
You are welcome
How to they make the limbs?
I think they may do those at a different location so I'm not sure
Are you going to review the Ritual?
YES, I filmed it just need to have time to put it all together.
I think I maybe might order a bow from elite to try one out Archery is addicting
Amen, I agree. Sometimes I just want to keep shooting even when my arm is too tired to keep going, lol!
Love this brand
They are nice
We need a elite bow tuning video
I would gladly make one for you if I had an Elite to do that with, lol.
Just pre ordered the ritual 35
Enjoy it
Hey I made it into the video!
Awesome, congrats, Christopher! God bless ya
Man should have looked at Elite a little better. Great video
Thank you.
cool to see , but definitely a lot smaller and more cluttered than the Mathews Factory and facility.
Yeah it was really cool to get to see. I'm grateful. Matthews is sending me a Triax, which is actually scheduled to arrive today, but they didn't invite me to their factory like Elite did, so I can't speak to the size of theirs.
And your point is.
All I can say is awesome >
Thanks, William. God bless ya.
I just bought a Quest Thrive...next bow will be an Elite...
Cool
The man working at DUAL is my brother Nick! :) lol
Cool, thanks for watching. God bless ya.
This guy totally sold me on an Elite bow. Unfortunately the local rep (Vancouver, Canada) was completely useless. Kept stringing my local dealer along with a supposedly good deal on an Option 7. The rep then backed out from the deal. I ended up getting a Matthews Traverse. Doesn’t matter how good of a product you have if your customer service/support is mediocre. I doubt I will either buy or recommend an Elite bow for a long time to come.
Thanks for watching. God bless ya
They should get back to making solid limb bows with speed
I'm pretty impressed with the technology in the Kure and Rezult for this year. Elite never was a speed bow company.
I just bought the elight ritual 30
Awesome
Ive shot elite bows the last two years.. and just thinking about that man as my boss makes me quality guaranteed I’d break his fuckin jaw and switch to Hoyt again……
Okay
Is the tour guide the voice of Mr. Crabs? hmm...
Lol don't think so
At 1:30, now nobody can say that men can't get pregnant! Lol.
Okay
I’ve worked for a company that went ISO 9000 and it turn a mom and pop company into a shit show. It was ridiculous. Watching this video makes me feel that this company is going down the same road.
I guess time will tell. God bless you
I feel for you man I hate the off season lol we got till the 27th to hunt...
Enjoy it while you can brother!!!
I haven’t seen a bow made yet. Long winded
Lol
when he said they moved to New York, I then decided I em not buying Elite. Giving tax to a state that bans guns is a no no.
Interesting point.
Now I see why it's such a cluster....................
God bless ya Steve.
I own an Elite!!!!!
Awesome! Enjoy it
Sean, when you go back get the number of that beautiful brunette customer service woman for me if she's not " taken" lol
I haven an elite but i doesnt inow that thy have lifetime waranty when you register it in the first 30 days now i never will have an lifetime waranty that make me very sad
Btw its an echelon like you see the limb in the video
Thanks for sharing
Love elite
cool, yeah, nice bows for sure.
Sean's Outdoor Adventures I want a Elite impulse 31
nice
