What happens if you raise the limit on the PV inverter to say 5kw? would it become unstable and Deye turns off the Gen input? I am wondering about setting up a system like this vs PV on the MPPT for Deye
Hello,if the system is in offgrid mode it works exactly as you described. If the generation is higher than it has to be, it increases the frequency, and the grid tied inverter has to decrease the generation. It is called frequency derating. But in fact my Huawey doesn't do it. Maybe I need to play a bit more around with the settings. So for me now the stable solution is just reducing the capacity.
Батарейка от вольта, как будто первого поколения. Получается напрямую подключили батарейку к входу PV deye в самой дейе в настройках указали, что это микроинвертор и его рабочий диапазон, зажарять получается дейя эту батарейку не сможет, но использовать вполне. У дейи есть инверторы которые работают с high voltage батарейками, они от 30 кВт, но там свой контроллер стоит и батарейки только дейя. Может проще разрядник для батарей электромобиля использовать? А скидывать энергию от панелей например через доп порт дейи через зарядник 230 ac-->400 dc

Inverter thinks that battery is mikroinvertor so it couldn't charge the battery? and you have to charge your battery by additional device? Or you do it another way? Ofcourse this invertor in high voltage, but not for the battery, for PVs ( solar panels) and deye has invertor with high voltage batterys those sistems work with batteries from 160 volt DC till 800 volt DC.

@engineer_notes The inverter is Deye HV, it uses a vehicle battery via battery port. So I don't really get what you are talking about.
