Appreciate it guys. To be honest, that is the whole premise of the channel. To give "real world" thoughts and reviews. When i was buying stuff years ago i could never find anything like this. This stuff is pricey so you want to make sure before you drop your cash on it. Thanks for the kind words :)
Another option for fatigue pants is Stan Ray. They make fatigues in a few different fits (slim, tapered, loose) they also make great painter pants and hickory stripes
@@CameronO yeah In feel you on that. The Stan Ray logo doesn’t bother me app that much, but im not big on branding. You can always get a seem ripper and pick the tag off the back pocket too
I have a pair of TCB Baker pants pre-ordered, hopefully arriving this autumn. They look similar to these but perhaps a bit wider up top. Worth checking out, too!
Great video as always. Love the update videos, seeing how this stuff ages and holds up. I picked up the fatigue pants in khaki, and the shorts in ecru and green this past spring. I have been wearing the ecru shorts way more than expected - perfect with a blue chambray!
I've had my eyes on those pants for awhile and was going to pull the trigger but they're now £255 on End! When I first started considering them they were in the region of about £180 on End. Not sure why the big jump in cost? Possibly due to rising supply chain costs that has been affecting everyone of late or whether its just cashing in on their popularity?! I'll keep my eyes on Vinted and Marrkt and who knows I might get lucky. They really suit you by the way and another great video. Cheers Cam.
Thanks Cameron. Funny I've been considering picking up a pair of these and found a store not far from me that has them for 20% off so hope to try them on early next week. Strange what you mention about the leg opening though...the few websites I've looked at list the leg opening at 7.5". Maybe they've tapered these fatigues more since you purchased your pair?
I love Orslow as well and I mainly buy Japanese brands; lately I've been exploring different brands like The Real McCoy's (my new MA1 that I haven't worn yet because it's 42 degrees), Buzz Rickson (M65). I haven't tried Tellason or Universal works either. Fun fact; I love Steve mcQueen as an actor and his character in the movie The war lover is called Buzz Rickson, that's where the name is from. So I do appreciate this coincidence. I still have many brands to try like Iron hart, warehouse. I'm considering getting a Hickory overshirt from Sugar cane and I still have to buy the winter liner for my M65. Unfortunately, my budget is not infinite. I have fatigue pants like yours from Japan blue, they look pretty much the same but were cheaper.
Great video and agree with how they age. I recently sold my slim fit pair and bought the normal fit. IMO they look better on me. I have got the ecru in a size 2 for sale if anyone is interested.
I have a pair of the regular fit fatigues and they're one of my favorites. Although that "softness" hasn't kicked in too much yet, do you hang dry or throw them in the dryer after a wash?
Liquor Store have the khaki Orslow fatigue on sale just now for about £145, although they could be gone by the time I finish typing! Any thoughts on a vid covering some of the UK brands that cater to this space? Apologies if you've done any of these already, but I'm thinking of the likes of Hiut, Hawksmill, Blackhorse Lane, Dawson Denim, Sunray Sportswear, North Sea Clothing, Aero Leather, Old Town and there will be plenty more. Could be good?
Hi mate, great video as always. Had these trousers for a while now after your recommendation and completely love them. Your leg opening rolls always look neat and tidy, how do you manage it? Do you iron them in place?
There really is no accounting for tastes. I own the regular model and STILL think it tapers too much 😂😂😂 Have to say I haven’t worn the Orslows as much as I thought I would. I got a pair of Buzz Ricksons monkey pants that I like a little bit better, but they are definitely more casual than these. My go to summer pants so far have been the Buzz monkey pants, a pair of Buzz 45 khakis and a pair of TCB Seaman’s trousers which I imagine would be way too wide for you, but which are fantastic if you want to wear jeans in summer.
I’ve had the same pants for about nine months love them, but for the price conscious shopper Sauce Zhan is right up there, quality wise, fit wise. The big difference to me is Zip(orslow) versus button, sizing tabs(orslow) Also the OrSlow material has more of a washed look straight away(slighter lighter in color), a bit softer, but the SZ’s with wear and wash will eventually be very similar.
Man I love this channel, how you give updates on stuff. Actually very useful
Wholeheartedly agree. The update aspect is so underrated as far as reviews are concerned.

Great update Cameron. Those are fantastic and the leg opening looks great with both your boots and 70's.

Good shout the navy fatigues always looked good. But I'm always put off by their tag on the back of the pocket. Wish it was unbranded on the outside.

The ecru shorts are something I feel are pulling me in. I can imagine after a while they will be slightly off-white. Firmly on my want list.

Love them , I just wish the front pockets were a *little* deeper!

Haha nah, I started doing those fold in cuffs (forget the name, Pin roll?) but now i just fold them 2 or 3 times normally.
Great channel. Quality videos!
Much appreciated!

What boots are you wearing in the video dude ? The brown suede looking ones
Are the button fly holes on yours a little too big for the buttons? Mine seem to pop open quite easily.

Helpful video!
Just picked those up today. How have you been washing and drying these ? Was there any shrinkage ?
Please tell me how tall are you
