Welcome to the Kravings family, Eleanor! I'm so glad you're giving the oven-cooked curry goat a try. It's a bit of a twist from the traditional stovetop method but yields such tender, flavorful meat. Oh wow! I never thought about putting my curry goat in the oven to bake. What a great idea and I'm definitely going to try this at some point in the future.
Gotcha!! I’ve never cooked in a slow cooker but I know it and me will cross paths soon. You use the potatoes to thicken the gravy or corn starch slurry?
Perhaps you reduced it too much or added too little water. Not enough gravy, add more water and allow it to reduce and thicken. Taste and re-season as needed. Hope this helps xx
I just come across your channel. I never try cooking curry goat in the oven, but I am going to try your method. Thumbs up, Hod blessings
