I"ve never seen baked curry goat inna oven before but this looks sooo goood!!.. im from trinidad and we pressure cook the goat to get it soft and nice before we cook it in the pot instead of cooking it inna the oven

Mama Joan, I always cook my curry goat too in the oven and never on top of the stove. I use all the season too that you use but I never blend mine so thank you. next time I'll blend my seasons!

It amazes me how the Caribbean islands are different but also similar in many ways. I’m Trini 🇹🇹 and I noticed some of our meals are similar. We eat ours with roti 🫓 I never tried it in the oven, I might try that next time.
