I started this exercise 2 yrs. Back in Dec. 2019 to be exact and I gradually lost 21 Kgs. I was 94 Kgs. And now am 73 Kgs. I am 51 years old and I am 6 feet tall, I have never felt better and healthier. I did it 6 days a week for about 1.5 years and now since I have been slim enough I do 2 days This exercise and 3 days weight lifting. Thanks to these guys. They are so encouraging.
well done! I love this workout, discovered Body Project during the hard lockdown and it really helped me to get back into exercise after recovering from a torn tendon injury I had 2 months before lockdown
I will first apologize for this lengthy post. I feel you will understand what Body Project has done and will do for me. This is the second time I've done a low impact video with Body Project. My first time was 2 months ago. The first 4 weeks of lock down I was energized to do things - projects, painting, home repairs. When May came I was in a depression. I didn't want to face each day; I didn't think I would live through it. Yes live. I didn't see the point. The parks became sooo crowded, people and cyclists were rude, I eventually stopped going. My trip to Denmark and Norway had to be cancelled, I'm a teacher, school was cancelled, and worst of all my equestrian classes were cancelled. After doing this video I have to reflect why I din't keep it up. I enjoy it better than classes I had taken at the gym. I feel energized and I'm burning calories. I lost 20 pounds last summer and I know I've put some of that back on. I made a deal with myself to do the videos at least 3 days a week for 4 weeks. If i keep to that goal I will join. I will be 69 in August. I have always been very active - running, weights, gardening, kayaking and even teaching fitness classes. I've been taking equestrian lessons to conquer fear of trying something new; putting myself at risk. Thank you so very much for developing this program, For using real people in the videos who are like myself.

This is perfect for me. No equipment needed, no weights, can do it in my apartment with limited space, no hassle, no complications, easy to follow, no jumping (sensitive knees), all standing up (more convenient), high intensity (wanna burn them calories!!!), just literally get up and do it, I appreciate this so so much. This fits my needs perfectly. Keep up the good work!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Hello team body project. I’m a 57 year old woman who has been using your workout for over 2 years. I had been looking for something that had intensity and was interesting and fun at the same time. This workout did it for me. I have osteo arthritis, when I started, I simply modified the moves or did them slower. The more I did the works out the easier it became. I still work up an intense sweat every time I go through the work out. I do notice I have a lot firmer arms, thighs and tummy area me when I’m doing this work out consistently. To change it up I have tried some of your other ones. Like some other people that Have commented I can’t do the intense ones or the quick 25 minute ones that Alex has posted because they hurt my joints. However, this one is amazing and I have recommended to many of my friends. Thank you for making this work out available on UA-cam for those of us that do not want to commit to an entire plan. Wishing you continued success as you try to make the world a healthier place by motivating people to keep moving!!!
2 weeks into my healthy journey had my first weigh in yesterday with a loss of 5.6kgs!! 121 to 115.4 kgs. I've been doing these workouts three times a week. Love this workout as I feel the burn and push myself to my limits feel it in my whole body. Perfect for me to do around my 7month olds napping schedule no need to find baby sitters for the gym 🙌Update in the next weigh in (2weeks time). Much love from New Zealand!!
Keep at it, you're doing great! I was 122 kg when I started - just over a year later I've lost 47 kg!!! Just like Daniel says, even when you don't feel like it, just show up. Just do it. That thinking is what's kept me consistent. You got this! ❤️

Please do more low impact cardio and throw some weights in. Not all of us can jump and showing a high intensity cardio is appreciated especially when not calling it for beginners (which most are). Love this length and hoping to see some with weights,:) Thank you!!!
I've done this workout religiously 6-7 days a week for about 6 weeks now, since the beginning of the COVID19 quarantine in Italy. I'm 50, in decent shape, but with a desk job. I have lost 3cm on top, and 2cm each off my waist and hips. I have never had such toned abs! I also love that it's low impact. Thanks, Daniel, Alex and Susie!
I have lost 10 pounds this year thanks to this workout, thank you body project for the amazing structure of your workout routines. Did anyone else want to take a break but kept going because they know that if they continued the video will be over sooner? I was dripping sweat and tired but I kept pushing
I was using one of your beginner workouts for 14 days and since it became too easy I came here. *Day 1:* This was definitely harder than the previous workout by far! but I managed to keep up with the moves and didn't fall behind. *Day 2:* I'm doing this workout every other day and another workout on the days I'm not doing this one. The other workout is really hard! *Day 3:* It feels great to see it getting easier every time. *Day 4:* I'm trying to make it a little more intense for myself. *Day 5:* This one is a little time-consuming but it's easy my other workout is just 10 minutes but it's so intense that I want to puke afterward! *Day 6:* I have lost 7Kgr (15 lb) in the last 50 days. of course, I'm keeping my diet in mind too. *Day 7:* I started doing push-ups and pull-ups after the workout too. *Day 8:* I'm considering joining a gym, but I'm not comfortable with my strength and stamina yet. *Day 9:* I feel pretty great about myself. *Day 10:* I'm gonna try a different workout video every day from now on! I think this is the last update here, but I'm still working out with these videos!

I really love Team Body Project, and it's made a real difference in my health. That's why I feel the need to offer some feedback about this video. One of the great strengths of this program is that the workouts can be done at anyone's pace, and the leaders constantly emphasize that. However, that's just not possible with this video, at least not for me. When Daniel keeps counting out, "1, 2, 3, 4 ...," I can't count out my own pace -- any more than I can dance to a beat different from a song that's playing. It's terribly frustrating. If you all ever revisit this video, I hope you will consider revising how those segments are structured so that it's not necessary for the leader to count out their own exercises in order to keep on track.
I hear you about the pace. Sometimes I look away and keep music in the background to focus on. I listen for the counts and try to stay true but sometimes have to keep my own pace to keep the right form. Continued success to you.
Just did your workout for the first time. Can't get to the gym in these uncertain scarey times. I am 73 years young, and go to the gym five days per week, aerobics, strength training, Pickleball. I am so glad to have found your video! Thank you.
Thank you! Have been working out with you for about 2 months. Down 25 lbs. I was looking for a longer video and this was it. Burned about 400 calories. Suggestion.... it would be nice to have an estimated calorie burn on the start of your video, it is encouraging. I like to see you be human Daniel and out of breath :) When a fit person gets tired just like we do... it's encouraging.
@@aliflailaananna2349 No, I would do some of their other videos. I was about 240 lbs when I started. I started a low carb diet -KETO maybe 2 months after this because I was stalled at about 220 lbs. I am currently at 183 lbs. When I do workout, I always go back to these videos.
These work outs are so great i bought a membership and ive lost 3 inches so far. All my clothes are too big for me now. It didnt matter how hard i tried before i couldnt lose weight. If you are thinking of getting a yr membership, do it! its worth every penny! 🥳🏋♀️

391 calories burned. I was doing great until the lady came from a second round of those standing abs. I honestly couldn't keep up; legs got numb, but I substituted. Those of you who kept up the entire video, congrats to you. Longest 44 minutes of my life.

We’re doing a fitness challenge in the UAE during the stay at home mandate and I cannot jump around anymore due to knee problems but these workouts are really great and I can get my heart rate up tp 140 bpm!

Love all TBP workouts! Managed half of this workout with light dumbbells too! And finished with another 10 min glute workout. Wouldn't have been able to do half of that 6 months ago. Thanks to TBP, I've gained the stamina to manage a 15 mile fundraiser walk for a local children's group.

I don’t know how much weight I lost because I don’t have a scale but I been working out everyday and when I look in the mirror I look so much slimmer, I’m looking amazing so I know I lost weight. Thank you for the lovely low impact vids. I am a 25 year veteran fitness instructor in the states. I teach a lot of intensity classes and am loving your low impact, simple options that WORK IT! After all the years of teaching (step aerobics to cycle to yoga to boot camp style) I need to save my 60 year old knees for running. I find most of my classes also prefer low impact. Thanks again!

This workout is fantastic - I’ve always pushed myself with high impact HIIT thinking it was harder, but decided to give it a go and found it can be a challenge too, and nice to have a change sometimes. I’ll definitely be doing it again 🙂

Wow.First time trying. Just was able to make it to 30 minutes and My heart was racing and I was washing in sweat.Will definitely try 5 times a week. What I like most is that its low impact.I injured one of my knee ,so its great fro me.

I been trying to start a routine for a while but most of the videos out here cant keep me motivated and i end up just stopping! somehow ur dinamic and very casual aproach to this makes me keep going! 3 weeks now almost every day! After sharing with my friends u become a hit in our group!! keep doing what u are doing!
It's not about motivation, it never is , is about consistency. You take the garbage out because you have to and then you enjoy fresh air and no disease.
I literally don't think I have a back anymore. Did this workout yesterday now my back is on fire!. Can't wait to master this and work out without taking a gazillion breaks

I started a pretty intense running program earlier this year and I ended up hurting my sacro iliac joint. I was devastated, especially as we have been in lockdown since July .. 8 weeks later I am finally moving more and I've found your videos. I never thought I would sweat doing low impact. Weight loss is like a time machine. When you lose it you start to remember back the times you were at that weight. But you never know how the point you started putting it on.
6.5 weeks into daily team body project, 6.5 lbs down. Pants are fitting better than ever and everything is looking more toned! I’m so grateful for you! I just did this one for the first time and it kicked my butt in the best way possible. You tricked me but I’m so glad you did. Love how there is always new workouts and intensity to discover. The variety within the 60secs sessions was a great way to keep me going. Love the cardio-ab combos too. Going to be coming back to this one a lot!

I've been working with you since Jan 1/2021 and have already lost inches and 11 pounds! I feel great! Love that you motivate throughout the workout without being annoying - in some of the workouts I've checked out , the instructor either talks too much or has a very annoying loud voice. I have issues with my knees and I find your low impact workouts make my whole body feel great without any pain! Thank you so much! I will keep this up for sure! Thank you! Have been working out with you for about 2 months. Down 25 lbs. I was looking for a longer video and this was it. Burned about 400 calories. Suggestion.... it would be nice to have an estimated calorie burn on the start of your video, it is encouraging. I like to see you be human Daniel and out of breath :) When a fit person gets tired just like we do... it's encouraging.

@@aliflailaananna2349 No, I would do some of their other videos. I was about 240 lbs when I started. I started a low carb diet -KETO maybe 2 months after this because I was stalled at about 220 lbs. I am currently at 183 lbs. When I do workout, I always go back to these videos.
These work outs are so great i bought a membership and ive lost 3 inches so far. All my clothes are too big for me now. It didnt matter how hard i tried before i couldnt lose weight. If you are thinking of getting a yr membership, do it! its worth every penny! 🥳🏋♀️

391 calories burned. I was doing great until the lady came from a second round of those standing abs. I honestly couldn't keep up; legs got numb, but I substituted. Those of you who kept up the entire video, congrats to you. Longest 44 minutes of my life.

Harbinder Kaur i get a readout on my Apple Watch. It determines calories based on heart rate and speed/intensity.

We’re doing a fitness challenge in the UAE during the stay at home mandate and I cannot jump around anymore due to knee problems but these workouts are really great and I can get my heart rate up tp 140 bpm!

I have done this exercise routine and it is very good, low impact but very very intense. Thank you. Please more videos on cardio / ABS full body toning.
Love all TBP workouts! Managed half of this workout with light dumbbells too! And finished with another 10 min glute workout. Wouldn't have been able to do half of that 6 months ago. Thanks to TBP, I've gained the stamina to manage a 15 mile fundraiser walk for a local children's group.
I loved that workout!! Sometimes is hard for me to push myself to get up, stop watching Netflix, but ALWAYS after your workouts, I feel so much better, more energetic, generally happier! :D Thank you guys!

I don’t know how much weight I lost because I don’t have a scale but I been working out everyday and when I look in the mirror I look so much slimmer, I’m looking amazing so I know I lost weight. Plus my before and after pic blew me away. Thanks body project for the amazing fun workouts and the motivation talk. You guys are my favorite fitness page.
Thank you so much for this video. I injured my knee because I started off with a difficult workout that I wasn't ready for and have been struggling to finish a video without having to take a break. This helped me workout without the pain. You guys are truly awesome.
Thank you for the lovely low impact vids. I am a 25 year veteran fitness instructor in the states. I teach a lot of intensity classes and am loving your low impact, simple options that WORK IT! After all the years of teaching (step aerobics to cycle to yoga to boot camp style) I need to save my 60 year old knees for running. I find most of my classes also prefer low impact. Thanks again!

Last night was the first time I tried this one and boy was I sweating! Alexandra doesn't mess around either. She doesn't give you the breaks that Daniel does. This workout is fantastic - I’ve always pushed myself with high impact HIIT thinking it was harder, but decided to give it a go and found it can be a challenge too, and nice to have a change sometimes. I’ll definitely be doing it again 🙂

Wow.First time trying. Just was able to make it to 30 minutes and My heart was racing and I was washing in sweat.Will definitely try 5 times a week. What I like most is that its low impact.I injured one of my knee ,so its great fro me.

I've done this workout often, but today I tried it all the way through with weights (just 3lb) and it was so intense and even better than usual and I just loved it! thank you so much for this and all your other workouts, body project team :)
This one was challenging for me personally, but I altered here and there and got a really good work out!

I been trying to start a routine for a while but most of the videos out here cant keep me motivated and i end up just stopping! somehow ur dinamic and very casual aproach to this makes me keep going! 3 weeks now almost every day! After sharing with my friends u become a hit in our group!! keep doing what u are doing!
It's not about motivation, it never is , is about consistency. You take the garbage out because you have to and then you enjoy fresh air and no disease.
I literally don't think I have a back anymore. Did this workout yesterday now my back is on fire!. Can't wait to master this and work out without taking a gazillion breaks

I started a pretty intense running program earlier this year and I ended up hurting my sacro iliac joint. I was devastated, especially as we have been in lockdown since July .. 8 weeks later I am finally moving more and I've found your videos. I never thought I would sweat doing low impact. Weight loss is like a time machine. When you lose it you start to remember back the times you were at that weight. But you never know how the point you started putting it on.
6.5 weeks into daily team body project, 6.5 lbs down. Pants are fitting better than ever and everything is looking more toned! I’m so grateful for you! I just did this one for the first time and it kicked my butt in the best way possible. You tricked me but I’m so glad you did. Love how there is always new workouts and intensity to discover. The variety within the 60secs sessions was a great way to keep me going. Love the cardio-ab combos too. Going to be coming back to this one a lot!

I've been working with you since Jan 1/2021 and have already lost inches and 11 pounds! I feel great! Love that you motivate throughout the workout without being annoying - in some of the workouts I've checked out , the instructor either talks too much or has a very annoying loud voice. I have issues with my knees and I find your low impact workouts make my whole body feel great without any pain! Thank you so much! I will keep this up for sure! (My motivation - not coming out of this lockdown looking like a mushy meatball. And you have made it possible! God bless!
