I've been doing these workouts for about a month. I was 180.2 (pounds) I'm now down to 170.1. I cleaned up my diet and sweat every night after work (after a 10 hour shift at that) for 5 days. I take breaks during the weekend so my muscles can build up the lactic acid to perform like they should. But I'm just sharing a testimony to those who don't believe these works. It does!
***** I counted calories. So I went on a diet that was more portion controlled and slightly restrictive as long as it was within my calorie range. Because of calorie counting it was hard to eat out or eat a lot of sugar, so that contributed to my weight loss as well. As of this comment I'm down to 145 lbs.
***** Stay dedicated and focused and you'll surely reach your goals! Don't let minor setbacks keep you from achieving what you want out of these workouts and the program.
I drove 10 hours yesterday to get home from the Outer Banks in North Carolina to East Tennessee. I was quite stiff and tight and wasn't' sure that I could do this video. But I pushed through, and I feel so much better!! So thankful for your videos!!! And by the way, I'll be 75 yrs old in December!

I start body project 2 weeks ago and already lost 5 inches off my waist and 2 and a half inches off my hips!! Thank you so much!!! The exercises are fun and easy but really works the body and your attitude is energetic and encouraging! I feel like you are really talking to me in my living room pushing me to work harder but at a pace I am comfortable with! Such a wonderful routine!
I started working out alternating between his beginner cardio workouts & weights , 5 days a week in the evenings and after 3&1/2 weeks I've lost 9 pounds , and a total of 8 inches. I'm following a low carb clean eating plan as well. I'd like to say this works and I'm feeling so much healthier!! Thank you Body Project!!!
After 35 years of totally sedentary living, I've done this video or Cardio Starter 1 every day for almost 6 months now. I've lost over 60 lbs, but more importantly I've gained balance and coordination, and for the first time in as long as I can remember, I feel in control of my body. I just want to leave this here on the off-chance Daniel, Katie, et al might see it: I really appreciate you guys for making these videos. Daniel is the perfect mix of motivational and supportive. I started body project workouts about 5-6 months ago and I went from 225 to 205 I have change my diet as well less carbs and fast food. I workout 3/4 days out the week. Thank you for helping me loose this weight 👍🏼👍🏼🙌🏼

I've been using body project videos daily for the last 15 days. I don't have a specific goal other than to feel good and to be an positive example for my children. Also, I want to say that though the work outs are much harder on days when my depression is heavy, I still do them.

Best motivational exercises I've ever been able to consistently do- for the past 4 months and counting. I missed 3 days in 4 months of exercise and I must say.....Exercise is not fun, but, Daniel has an encouraging, humorously human way of making you feel like you're one of the team. It's a natural gift for him. Listen to what he's saying while you exercise and THEN, pay attention to how you FEEL throughout the day. Those little bursts of euphoric energy spikes last all day long. To the point where I've started taking long walks every day also because of my increased energy level. I'm 67 years old and feel 20 years younger and 34 lbs. lighter. Made myself be the project during the pandemic and haven't been bored once...Thank you Team Body for all that you do!!!

Started this yesterday, didn't get all the way through, I found the second set the hardest, I felt good yesterday after I had recovered, my muscles felt it straight away. I done again this morning, completed the whole thing & felt the burn... definitely works your body well, hoping to continue to do it week days and have weekends off. Just had my first session with this workout. Loved it. I shall be doing another tomorrow. I loved that he wasn't loud and "shouty" like some of the other keep fit videos. I've never done cardio before. I'm over 60 with weight on me and I've enjoyed the Team Body Project so much. I love the tone of it and the community feel that's so intentional. I start the morning with a short yoga routine to open up then go to Team Body Project. I started with the very beginniner routines. They've been easy to learn at home and the home space allows me to focus on protecting my knees and muscles as I learn. I felt the progress and positive changes in my body after I finished my first workout watching team body project video. Now, it is about 40 days that I do my workout for 30-45 mins after I performed my praying in the early morning. Just to put it out there, what I really loved about doing this workout was that even though this was not that hard because it's beginner/ intermediate, literally my full body was soaked in sweat, when sometimes with some workout videos I only sweat from specific parts of my body, so this was great! 🙌🏼
Thank you body project! i have been hurt with my body from office syndrome for several months. Since i do the hydrotherapy and body project exercise. This help me a lots! Its not a heavy exercise that make my body hurt more than before. I have do it for 3-4 months, now my body are fully recovered. Thanks!

Yes indeed thank you thank you Body Project!!! I had been so discouraged since I got injured my back on top of breaking my elbow so I couldn’t run any longer 😢. Walking is boring and does not make me sweat. But now I found you💗.you guys make me sweat like a pig and proud of myself again! I skip anything like burpee until my arm gets better. 1 month in and ive lost 7kg from 94kg to 87kg. It's not much but it's progress.

I have been doing body project workouts for 2 months nearly, with healthy eating I’ve lost some weight and toned up slightly and feel healthier. Out of all the workout videos I’ve tried body project is the only one I’ve gone back to and enjoyed, very fun and motivating 👍🏼

Yes indeed thank you thank you Body Project!!! I had been so discouraged since I got injured my back on top of breaking my elbow so I couldn’t run any longer 😢. Walking is boring and does not make me sweat. But now I found you💗.you guys make me sweat like a pig and proud of myself again! I skip anything like burpee until my arm gets better. But still this is fantastic! I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks now🏋️♀️

All I can say to the body project is thank you so much for your videos. They make big differences in my life.

Love these low impact exercise and hiit videos! You definitely work up a sweat and lose some inches, but won't have to worry about sore joints.

This was such a great workout! I absolutely loved it...as Daniel said, it was low-impact but definitely high intensity. I've found a favorite. I'm trying to build up my endurance and deal with some shoulder injuries, and this was perfect, thank you BP☺05/01/2017

Am getting there wouaaa was about to give up but Daniel is so inspiring and give that motivation am 198 and am started my weight loss journey and want to feel more energized after 12 hours shift!! Will do this again tomorrow
