People love Chloe Ting, but I can never finish her 10 min workout. Tbh most of fitness influencers workouts are too hard for me and instead of motivating, they make me feel lazy to do them. I discovered this chanel yesterday and I can't believe I just finished this 35 min workout. It feels great! It's like finally someone created a special workout video only for me.

Okay let me come to chloe's defense respectfully. You are right I have never finished chloe's work out fully because I got very bad post work out lower back pain. I tried thrice but I couldn't. Then I realised that my body had a high fat percentage than muscle and her work outs aren't beginner level. To do chloe's work outs you need to be used to working out or being a very active person otherwise you just don't roll of your bed like me and do her work outs. You need a month or so to get ready to see good results. This work out right here is very beginner friendly and cordinating that's why you feel comfortable after some time chloe's work outs will be too easy for you. Unfortunately most people don't know this about chloe's work outs and they give up because her target audience isn't specific.

Ive been doing this and only this workout, 4-5 times per week for about a month now. I was completely out of shape, and the first time doing it i had to pause it and could not breathe or even perform the moves fully. now, i find it very easy to get through, do the moves properly, and increased it to 2 times per workout(i hit replay when its finished and do it all over again). This and changing my diet has helped me lose 20 pounds and increased my endurance quite a bit! If you are obese like i am, and other workouts hurt your joints, i suggest starting with this until you feel your body is ready for more. I dont feel "light" enough to get through other workouts without hurting my joints yet, so i will probably stick with this 1 till i lose another 20 or so :)

I've been doing this for 4 weeks and wanted to share my progress as a mostly sedentary, slightly overweight person.
Week 1: Really difficult at first, especially "touch and raise" - I could not touch the floor, so I settled on touching my knees. I mostly focused on copying the techniques in the video this week. Speed and "competing" with the folks in the video were not on my mind. There's no shame in slowing down to avoid injury.
Week 2: Still difficult but I no longer needed to copy the techniques - they were second nature at this point. I started focusing on the number of reps I was doing per 30 seconds. If I was having a good day I would try to squeeze in an extra 2-5 reps per exercise.
Week 3: My confidence is really high at this point so I keep trying to increase my speed in most exercises, and I finally started touching the floor for "touch and raise" - it's super difficult so I alternated it (touch floor today, touch knees tomorrow, etc.) at first and by the end of the week I could touch the floor everyday.
Week 4 (now): My lung capacity is noticeably larger and my body has no recurring aches throughout the day. As a result, I've added 'Cardio Starter 2' (in this channel's video list) to my daily routine, so now I'm doing 2 exercise routines per day and my excitement to continue improving is constantly increasing
Now I'm not gonna lie and say I've lost a ton of weight or that my muscles are huge now but I've definitely lost some weight, my waist is a bit smaller, my lung capacity is larger, and overall my body doesn't feel tired doing normal stuff like cleaning the house.
Everyone has different bodies so it may take you more time (or less!) to reach the point I'm at after 4 weeks, but I promise you you will make progress if you just do the routine everyday. If you have to slow down, do it - but get yourself through 100% of the routine.
    Good luck everyone!
    [Update, June 2021]
I fell off the workout routine in my 2nd month and never got around to starting again until recently. I've completed this 4 out of 5 days so far, and even though I went back to my sedentary lifestyle for over a year, I've been able to pick up this routine as if I'm in my 3rd or 4th week in 2020.
I can't stress enough how effective this routine is at making me feel stronger (especially my legs) and increasing my lung capacity. Whether I can stick to my current workout schedule or not, I will always return to this video.
Just remember to slow down or shorten your movements if you experience too much pain. It's better to finish the workout at 70% intensity than to go 100% and end up injured, thus setting you back a few days.

also, as a personal trainer, i would suggest you to keep 2-3 things on your mind and if just follow only these things you will not only loose weight, but beeing healthy also. Cut out entirely the sugar. This is the first step.. You have to realize how bad sugar is for us, is something that God didn't made for us to eat. We as humans process it and eat it, and it's addicted. So cut the addiction and u will immedietly feel so free. Eat only natural things, things that God made for us and as much less processed possible (for etc eat as much veggies you want, always salad with your meals, some fruits, legumes). Try a low carb way of living. We don't need the enormous amount of FDA 's carbs! How old people lived the old days?? a lot of natural foods (cheese, meat, oils , legumes and some bread Simple things). Keep in mind fat and protein keeps u full so have those in priority :)

I haven't exercised in almost 2 years. I'm a working mom of 3 with no time for myself and terribly overweight (240lbs); I'm also nearing age 50 soon and I was afraid to do something that would make me miserable and unmotivated. This workout was the opposite of miserable - it was fantastic. I am so happy I found it. I am dripping with sweat and my body feels great from head to toe. The circuits are spot on and the length of the workout was perfect. Thank you so much for making this video available for people like me - no time, no money to join a gym and little bits of encouragement throughout the workout. Love it!

I was originally starting with Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred", but found it difficult, as I have a major knee issue. She doesn't offer alternative jumping jacks, and pretty much demands you push through them. At the end of HER work out, I wasn't really aching (as a lot of the workouts she did, I'd have to do SOME alternative because of my knee) and I was pretty disappointed. THIS WORK OUT VIDEO IS AMAZING. I pushed myself through the 35 minutes, and didn't feel guilty for drinking water, or having to slow down. I love Daniel, and I love his "I trust you!" attitude, which had me pushing myself more than ever! Now I'm finished, I'm sweating my ass off! LITERALLY!

I have tried everyone of them under the sun they either have too many jumps or running or whatever and I can't do those so yes I understand I even tried the old school Firm and I was disappointed I couldn't do them and the new ones forget about it. But this one I can do it's a wonderful thing when you can sweat and be proud you made it through the whole video!!!! Keep it up :) I know I will

I’ve just done it for the 1st time and really enjoyed it.

I first found this video literally one week ago, when I woke up early because I couldn’t stay asleep and decided to finally get up and exercise. High blood pressure, bad knees, threat of adult onset diabetes looming over me. Daniel was so supportive I cried through the first workout, just marching in place about half the time because I couldn’t keep up, but I came back on Tuesday for more. I’ve gone through this video three times now, and have done other body project videos every day in between. Just one week later and I can keep up through the whole thing. Already sleeping better, already having to work harder to keep my heart rate up. I went and signed up on the body project website yesterday. Thanks for all you do, thanks for the judgement free zone, thanks for being genuine.

I have a bad right knee that cannot take too much pounding and this worked juuuuust right for me. I LOVE this workout and will be incorporating it into my weekly exercise routine. I've intermittently done this workout and your 'Real Start Just Move' workout for 3 months now, combined with keto and intermittent fasting for the past 5 months and my quality of life has improved so significantly already. Stronger, more durable body and ability to increase my pulse without feeling weak or dizzy. Lost 8,5 kilos (18,5 pounds) so far and suddenly fit into my old clothes again. Not just that but I acutally feel more comfortable with my body and exposing skin again after walking around well covered up for the past few years. I have hypothyroidism and swiftly gained 15 kilos over the past 3 years, not to mention swelling, water-retention and overall weakness and mental fatigue. I'm super picky about finding workout videos that appeal to me, because so often there's something a little but off that makes me not enjoy it (the trainer, the music, some excercises) - but your videos ticks all the boxes! Thank you for existing and to this amazing channel! Keep up the good work, you're changing lives!

Just the workout I've been looking for! I'm not fit enough to join a gym - I'd hate not being able to keep up with other people. That's why I exercise at home. I do struggle to find the right workout for each training session. Low impact cardio workouts on other channels are not challenging enough for me. The regular ones, on the other hand, are way too demanding for my current level of fitness. They include loads of jumping or getting up and down, which I can't handle, especially being overweight. With you guys I've finally found something I can follow all the way through. Yes, it made me sweat. Yes, I was out breath, especially at the beginning. But I did finish it, and that's what matters. I hope this starter workout will soon be too easy for me. Thanks for uploading it!

When squatting get the legs as wide as you can without being unstable and lean forward focus on moving your bum, NEVER put your hand on your knee area when bending either put your hand on your belly or thigh, putting your hand on your knee adds extra pressure. Tips from obese 43 YO with arthritis who did the whole workout without extra pauses but did some parts more slowly :-)

I am 15 years old and I had a horrible experience when I was 13 and I went to food for help. I am currently almost at 200 pounds and I just started this workout because one of my friends sent me a photo of me and her at a party and that’s when I noticed I have to make a change so now I exercise for help and I found that that really helped 😊

I started looking for something beyond that to continue my exercise program. Well, Team Body Project videos are IT! Daniel and Alex, and everyone else, THANK YOU!!! This was really effective. I sweat so much lol. But honestly I'm so glad he kept talking and encouraging through the whole thing. I lose focus when there is no sound or anything during the video. It ends up feeling twice and long and painful. So I'm glad for the encouragement through out and for the peppy music.

My self esteem is so low because of my body. Whenever I attend gatherings, people would say “Ohh, you gained weight!” “Girl, you have been busy eating these days?” They thought its just a joke but it hurts right to the core.
I just started this program. I hope I can keep up. I can do this!!
What’s great about this channel and the videos is that, the words of encouragement of the coach just get through you, literally in depth that you would want to continue even its very tiring. Thank you!

I have been obese for most of my adult life. I'm about 165cms and I weigh around 100 or so kgs. All of my family is obese. I have always wanted to work out but quite honestly I didn't know where to start. It is all so overwhelming. There are so many options. I saw someone randomly recommend this workout on Instagram so I thought I'd give it a go. My goal is to get fitter as I love the outdoors and would love to go hiking etc.
The first time I did it, it took me 4 days to recover! I could barely walk and was in so much pain! But I knew it was a combo of not using those muscles in a long time and also going too hard in the first try.
After I recovered from that initial attempt I started doing it everyday but just doing it at my own pace and not bending right down low on the squats (haha).
It's been 2 weeks and I've been doing it 5 days/week. I like to push myself and I feel good knowing that I'm doing something positive about my body.
I plan on doing this 5 days a week until I feel like its time to move on to something harder. This is enough of a challenge for now.
    Well done guys, love it!
