Best advice! This is how I succeeded in my job. Basically self taught, I scrambled to learn and experiment and not shy away from difficult tasks. Build a network of successful women around you, and they will lift you up and help you if you stumble. And we do stumble. ❤

It’s a conversation that I have with my boys all the time. It’s so important to understand that you may not be the best at something right away but if you keep working at it, you are still capable of being great at it. Natural talent isn’t the only indicator is success. ❤️
Look at you now Gabi. I remember I did make up for this well hairstylist doing a big hair show. She openly in front of everyone said I put too much make up on the models. My theory was she was so far from the crowds that I put a little extra on them so people would know they had make up on. I was young and it destroyed my confidence . I kept thinking for years it must have been awful. I was going through pictures the other day and came across the pictures and the models looked beautiful. Yes, it could have been more natural, but they were supposed to look glamorous. We were supposed to get this stylist size three and five models in a town in which we knew no one. Anyhow, I realize now I did not know that much and wish there was utube and a Gabi to help me out. You are amazing. ❤❤❤❤
Well then it's more than about time and you got some great criticism ‼️ Because I'm 75 years old and most all makeup artists make up older women our age and they really don't hit it on the nose but you do ‼️ first person I've seen that really knows what they're doing for older women my age ‼️You are a great makeup artist God bless ❤️

Yes!!! Is that a Wonder stick?? I can't find that shade anymore.
Yes it is NYX wonder stick. They rebranded it! I use the medium tan color in the new packaging. It's a lot darker now but it works super well.
