I use FosTech ARIIs, and when I'm out of burnable ammo I can't help but watch videos of them in action. That's how awesome these are. I've fired M16s, yet still prefer these... for whatever that's worth.
I’ve shot a few m16s before but I’d take them over the binary if I could afford one and not have to eat ramen for a year. It’s more controllable with the consistent rate of fire.
Just get a consistent finger on the binary and you’re good.
@@KarstRats Interestingly, I had that from the second mag onward; very short adjustment period with binaries for me.

Some very impressive shooting!! The Fostech looks faster and smoother than the Franklin Armory BFS III.
That's because it is. The Franklin is a piece of doodoo. I had one and immediately sold it and got the Fostech. You can't over run the bolt on the Fostech. There are 2 issues with the Fostech that you must work through. You must find the right buffer to get it to run right and the cheap selector switches are aluminum and don't index straight up for fire. They sit at a weird angle and just feel cheap. There are aftermarket selectors that you can buy that are steel and look more like a traditional milspec selector. I wish Fostech would ditch the crap selector and put some traditional looking selectors on it but otherwise they run great. I wouldn't buy a Franklin at all

Hey big ed did you have any trouble with the Dmps and the echo 2 trigger did you have to do anything other the the full auto BCG ? Please let me know i just bought one and installed it wont be able tk test for a wile tha ks so much !!
This was not my rifle so not sure, this set up worked well.
What is your trigger pull weight. I just got one, and its by far the heaviest/grittiest semi auto trigger ever. Its got to be 10-12lbs.
Im wondering if i got a lemon, if i can do anything about it, or if its normal
This was a few years ago, don't remember the pull weight, I would definitely shoot it more looking for some break in.

I can't wait to save up the money I'm going to get an AR pistol with a sick brace a binary trigger a reflex sight. Take it out to the range everyone's going to be jealous going to have to save up for ammo to over that thing
You’ll get annoyed and dirty looks. AR pistols are extremely concussive and loud. don’t get a “reflex” sight COD doesn’t translate to real life, get a red dot like the sig Romeo 5 or a holographic like an EO tech.
@@bartwardenn555 fuck those people giving dirty looks, it’s a gun range what do you expect. I’m with travas I’m definitely getting one of these once Ammo prices go down. Also red dots are better than reflex.

@@nolanwunderlich167 I run a fostech ar 2 in my BCM. I've shot a little over 1000 rounds through it. It hasn't given me any problems. Also you won't have hammer follow problems like in the Franklin. My only complaint is a small dimple in the middle of the hammer. It's bound to happen though after so many rounds.

How many lb is your trigger pull?
5lbs I got one too it's like mil-spec
You can buy a aftermarket spring online for $10 and it knocks the trigger pull down to about two and a half pounds. They sell my gun broker.com and now a few other places have them as well. Just Google it I was doing this stuff 3 years ago

The trigger is a great idea, however, this company stinks and the product QA is non-existent. Bought a brand new Echo Sport from them which kind of worked, but would not stay in "Echo" mode, but automatically move to "Semi" after a few rounds. Several emails later, I get a message to return it to them at my cost for a repair. A brand new trigger, not one that me or anybody else got any use out of. Bad that is was defective out of the box, but such a customer "service" for a $350 trigger? Wow... Good thing that the community weeds out manufacturers like this rather quickly.
I have a feeling there very small and uncle Sam will probably shut them down soon.
