Dude thank you sooooo much for this video. I started learning to use kontact's products last year. They are great sounds, but learning how to make them work with logic has been a pain. Thank you for making this so easy to understand.
Hi, thanks so much for the useful information. I just have a little problem with my Dolby Atmos project. after I got an expert, The ADM BWF file doesn't have some of the lines and sounds and seems that they wasn't exist at all but in normal bounce they're good. please help me how can I fix that thank you so much🙏🏻
Cool video. I have recently invested in Komplete and loving it. Can you please make more video tutorials on production and sound design with NI Komplete, as it does have a learning curve. Thanks & God Bless.
Great info. Set that template up already. I will say the Abbey 80s kits have way more than 16 sounds from D#0 to A#6. Not that I would use them all… but I set up a 3 octave template for that one. 😊
The best teacher for logic you never leave a step out👍🏻

So happy I found your channel many years ago
Another random question I had explained clearly and concisely. Brilliant! Thanks.
THANKS!!!! Once again, smart and clear! I REALLY needed to learn this! Best from Berlin!
Amazing video! I guess using step sequencer in Logic will be much easier than assigning multiple outputs of Kontakt ! Really great trick Josh! 😀👍
Now that I know I can finally start using those Kontakt kits - thanks!
I had no idea! Thank you so much. Your videos are always so helpful and informative.
Great explanation. But how can I easily treat the kick, snare etc separately after this (compressor, eq etc)?
Thanks for the thorough and succinct overview!
Okay I need to upgrade my logic... thanks for the vid!
That's tight man.. I never use the step sequencer.. I may try this.. Thanks bro.. Excellent tutorial..
This is VERY helpful. Another excellent tutorial!
Thanks. Very helpful.
I love Kontakt and Battery so much that I use them on every track even though most times it is super overkill.
Very helpful! Thank you so much!
Do you do the LA Film School music production course Modules? Your voice sounds familiar? 🤔
Yes! I'm a program manager for LAFS and I help develop a lot of their online course curriculum. So it's very likely you've heard my voice there!
how do I use the Mpc 2.0 as a sound module in Logic pro x as record midi from Mpc 2.0 into logic?
Lovely! I’ve been using piano roll for editing virtual drums for too long!
Wow, So needed this 💯. Thanks for the knowledge.

Would this be the same technique to use for native instruments battery
Thanks for the tip. One question: You have George Duke for Kontakt like me. Can you show what you did with this?😊
Great video
Cool trick . Thanks
great vid
Is there a way to groove the step sequencer?
When I right click on the track it doesn't give me the option to create a pattern region, only "Create Empty Midi Region". Am I missing something?
For pattern regions, you need to be on Logic 10.5 or higher. You're probably on an earlier version.
@@MusicTechHelpGuy ah ok, that’ll probably be it. Looks like it’s time to upgrade the Mac haha 😂
Amazing video! I
Is this possible to do with Maschine drum Kits?!
Didn’t he just use machine drum kits?
