Wow this was exactly the procedure an Akwaibom woman that sales waterleaf and ugu leaf thought me,like squeezing out water from my waterleaf and adding salt at end of my cooking,because I complained to her my vegetable soup is always salty and watering, and also gave ma a curry leaf to slice and it to the soup,the old woman told me it made her won in a competition far back,and I would say adding curry leaf inside ur vegetable soup is very nice,the aroma and taste is out of this world
What i love about the video is the fact that the vegetable is not watering no too much water when boiling the meat no too much spicy not like some other people gathering everything inside nice one ma ❤❤❤

@@TodaywithJennifer personally I don't think its ideal to squeeze out some juice out of the water leaves, there are better ways to control water quantity in the soup than squeezing out liquids filled with nutrients from the leave.

It's not healthy to squeeze out water from d water leave, it's wrong u are wasting d nutrients in it
Wash ugu before slicing it to get full nutrient from it
