      South west to the rescue. We are same people from Indian to Manyu to the coast of Fako. Too many similarities with them in our cuisine

      Please my darling, you don’t add onions to the meat, that you want to use and cook the Efik vegetable soup. You don’t add onions to the soup either.

    My wife is too tired to cook dont want the vegetables to change taste. i search for vegetabIe soup and you appeared. I made a mistake didn't put enough Palm oil or the ugu was too much. I just added more oil left for 10min on low heat it still test nice.

    Wooooow so straight forward. I even thought cooking vegetable soup was rock science but you have made it look so easy. I'll definitely attempt this now.     Thank you so much for making this soup look so easy and simple to make...I am a yoruba woman but I love cooking soups from other pasts of Nigeria and you have helped me alot over the years considering I am not based in Nigeria. My family always loved it when I make various soups other than our yoruba usual delicacies. Thank you once again and God bless you. I understand I can alternate the water leave with spinach if I cannot find water leave where I live, right?

    but d way I cook my is , I will first of all cook d water leaf to dry before I put all my species & ugu at last , I'm a real Akwa-ibom girl.... but I still have a lot of method to use it to cook edikang ikong soup. thanks Aunty flo for ur own method!!!!!

      Emmanuella Francis Do you know that water leaf water is medicinal. So why do you cook it to dry the water. Make research of water leaf and you find out it is wrong to dry the water
