    Hi Sisi Jemimah.
I just want to say that I LOVE YOU!!!
you have brought out the cook in me through and through.
I always used to say I hated cooking and would do it grudgingly, but now I know it mostly due to the fact that I was always brain dead when it came to options and just knowing what to cook.
Ever since discovering your channel, Dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday have repeatedly been on fleek 💅🏾 Lool.
Well i’m grateful I have someone to do the prep (that’s the other annoying part, especially as most of the meals I’m drawn to have to do with chopping and slicing veggies) as that definitely makes it a lot more enjoyable.
But all in all, i’m so thankful to you and i’m happy your channel’s growing as rapidly as it is now.
Because I used to wonder why so low views and susbscription with your amazing content!??
The sky is only the beginning for you.
I pray for you from the depth of my heart.

Tried this two weeks ago and finished every bite. Boyfriend ate multiple time’s too. I’m a picky eater so I’ve never really liked Nigerian fried rice. This recipe let me add and take away to my liking. I did corn and broccoli and no chopped onion; blended it or left it out depending on the step. This took me a long time though; probably the stock creation and making the pastes. Next time, I might try to add some French green beans and maybe Brussels sprouts lol. But this was so good, I know I’ll be making it a lot. Might also try it with brown rice.

Our foods are extremely tasty! I grew up enjoying Nigerian dishes until I became a food for health advocate, Mehn! Most of those dishes are deliciously unhealthy and dangerous in the long run
1 litre of Vegetable oil requires 34kg of corn to make it. Vegetables don't produce oil, seeds does!
Heating oils causes terrible health problems, cancer included.
Go read the preservatives on Maggie cubes and it's likes.
Not to talk of the laboratory fabricated Table salts generously used in seasoning everything. Always frying our fish, meat, plantain, cooking oils etc
Why is our race having the highest risk of high blood pressure, diabetes and heart related diseases? Could our long term way of cooking our delicious foodies responsible for that?
    So help us God🙏🏿

Amazing... I just bundled everything together. Didnt have liver or boneless chicken. Used spiced sausages and it still worked! Like literally! I am one of those google-recipe-for-everything cooks with basic kitchen skills and am still amazed at the outcome. Thank you!
