Arichoke Loaded Potato
1 x 15 oz can chickpeas
1/2 cup artichoke hearts
2 tbsp vegan yogurt, unsweetened
2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
Miso Crunch Salad (from my app fivesec health)
For the dressing
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 garlic cloves
2 tbsp white miso paste
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lime juice
1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
Loaded Sweet Potatoes
For the potatoes
2 lb sweet potato
1/2 tsp salt
For the beans
2 x 15 oz can black beans
4 garlic cloves
2 tsp cumin, ground
2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt
Asian Lentil Curry
For the curry
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp yellow curry powder
2 cup coconut milk (full fat)
2 cup water
1 cup red lentils, dry
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup broccoli
1 red bell pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
Creamy Harissa Pasta
For the cream
1/2 cup cashew nuts, raw
1/2 cup water
For the pasta
4 garlic cloves
5 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp harissa paste
3 cup vegetable broth
11 oz (300g) whole wheat pasta, dry

I love that I can come here and find great inspiration for quick but delicious meal ideas. I've made the first one (the artichoke / beans on potato) a couple times. I often have potatoes cooked up in advance (in the fridge). Then it's so easy to warm in the oven like I did today with the artichoke topping. It's easy to change up the spices/herbs in the artichoke topping too if a person wants different flavours. Thank you so much.

I always enjoy your videos and your easy recipes. I came in from feeling in a crummy mood and decided to watch this video. I have often seen you shaving cabbage with what I 'thought' was a cheese slicer ... today you actually said it IS a cheese slicer. So I tried it just now and it works amazing! Absolutely amazing. I will forever shred my cabbage this way from now on; so much easier. Thank you.

I've never heard of using other non dairy milks in curry but I can't have coconut milk. Do you suppose it would have a similar consistency and be just as good?

Good lord you are pretty. Sadly you are a vegan. I hope you get the guidance you need to eat a proper human diet AKA omnivore diet.

@@GarudaLegends It’s all about what you put in your body. Eating meat doesn’t save you from being unhealthy, as anybody can become unhealthy, but incorporating more fruits and vegetables is a great way to feel good. Education is key, bruh.
