Hey Ruslan! Yea, funny how this one piece of software has lasted for so long. By the way, really enjoy your videos, even if I can’t understand what you’re saying :)
Thanks for the video! S-Layer still seems the most transformative and creative though IMO. If you don't already have sounds that are processed or cut up properly, the other tools won't do you much good.
excellent video!...once you catch lightning in a bottle with s-layer, can you immediately start playing multivoice chromatically like a sampler with midi in;...or do you have to render out first and import into a sampler?
The ‘Auto Volume’ preset is stock, but I actually don’t use that preset. The preset you see is one of mine that I created from scratch. I save my presets within a folder on one of my drives but it retains the ‘auto volume’ name in the preset menu. I’m not sure how I could send it to you. I could maybe make a short video showing how I set it up if you would find that helpful.
It's 2022 and S-Layer is still the best... Thank you, David!

@@daviddumaisaudio Thank you! :) Please be sure to check out the English Subtitles. I add them to each of my videos manually :)
@@gapirus Yea, that’s what I do. Didn’t realize you were adding them manually. Well done. That must be a lot of work.
@@daviddumaisaudio Great! Yes, it takes a long time. Unfortunately the automatic translation is still even worse than mine :)

yea S-layer is my favorite out of these. I also use nvk_Create a lot.

You can. Just click the Transpose button.
Hi David! Nice Video. now i use The NVK Create in my workflow, and is good at this work too. Try it
I have forge and it's so fun! when i load mine up the root is all 1's. might be some weird setting giving those low pitches?
Oh, that would be good if it was just some weird setting. I thought that it was the way the software is set up.
is the s-layer preset “Auto Volume” stock or can you send it to me?
