Just because the data shows this kind of trajectory on average doesn’t mean people have no choice. I’m not saying it’s easy but Knowledge about nutrition/exercise is accessible for everyone nowadays. Discipline/consistency can be learned and become habitual. Once that stage is reached it’s very possible to sustain your new body weight.
Loose or gain „half a stone“? Never heard of stone as a measured weight. Is it US specific, like so many other sh..? It definitely is not in the IS system, though.

Agree. What I'm hearing is that based on our make up the effort to achieve is uneven but the ability to achieve is there for all.
